    And miss a payment and you lose your home to foreclosure!!!!! NEVER DO THIS!!!!!!!!

      It is truly scary but I have used my primary residence to finance several other house purchases over the years and it has worked! That being said, before that, I also lost everything with the same strategy during the recession in the 90’s. I learned to be conservative in my estimates have an exit strategy.
