Oh God, the Ruby. Slow as hell, handles waves like a leaky rowboat, and a pain to refuel if you're playing with limited fuel on. At least it has a medical bed, lifeboats, and the start-up sequence doesn't put the ship in danger of exploding if you get the timing wrong.

It would be cool if they installed a stamina system. Like, the longer you stay in the water, the more stamina it drains, and if you run out, you'll go under the water and drown.
