please after choosing the supervisor name and the session you belong to, "Submit a new item to this collection" is not visible. you did mention that this can happen if we don't select the right supervisor or we are not login. I cross check several time and am doing the right but still can't see the "Submit a new item to this collection". what do you think could be the problem?

Since we are using student email but not Gmail, which platform are u going to access your student account to continue the process after 'Verification email sent' command.
The library does not handle issues concerning students *Institutional mail. Send an email to lmssupport@atu.edu.gh* requesting assistance to reset your email account.

@@ATULibrary I’m facing the same issue, and it’s HND 2023 not HND 2023-2024. Also my supervisor confirmed that my work has been submitted to the library Rep and I can proceed with submitting my work on the IR.
