    I bought the Orbit B-hyve XD Smart 1-Outlet Watering Timer with Wi-Fi Hub is the hub light suppose to flash or stay on?

      Once paired, it should remain solid green.

    I have a 4 port timer 1, 3, 4 work normally. No water comes out of 2. I checked the hose, I tested with no hose and no water comes out of the zone. I tied the test for that zone and the app says it is running but no water sprays. The same thing happens when I do a test from the device. Any suggestions?

      This is odd. I would contact Orbit Customer Service if you haven't already. Sounds like there may be something wrong with your timer. Are you using the provided screen washer? If not, there could be debris blocking the flow of water.

    I have a 4 port tape timer and was using tap 1 and 4. After 1 day stopped working. Makes clicking noises but no water comes out of any of the 4 taps. Any ideas

      Did you get this working? The clicking is the valves firing. Check that water is actually on and getting to the timer. Take the timer off and turn the water on. If water is confirmed on to the timer, is the screen washer there? If not, you may have debris blocking the outlets of the timer.

      @kgib808 yes have tried all the above. Still not working. Have purchased another and weirdly enough doing the same thing. It's connected directly to outside tap on house. No debris, has plenty of clean water and pressure.

      @@DrewBensley that is very odd. Have you tried performing a watering at the timer itself using the dial and manual watering feature? Just thinking maybe there’s an issue with the communication between app and device.

      @kgib808 I can clearly here it clicking, no signal issues. Works once and then no water. I have one out front no issues but have it connected to a hose not direct to tap. Single tap timer works flawlessly. Just issues with 4 tap b hyves 😆

      Is your battery still reading low? It may take a few moments for it to read the battery level and remove the low battery icon/warning.

    • @hyeeagle
      @hyeeagle 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. It’s almost a week still showing low battery.

      @@hyeeagle is the screen frozen? Does the time change and alternate showing next run time? You can also try removing the battery tray and letting the screen go blank, then put the batteries back in and see if that works?

      My B-HYBE unit is house faced timer. There is no digital screen,it single unit connected directly to the house facing and than you use your phone. The message is shown on my phone screen. So in my situation there is no screen to freeze it, but I find the problem, just in case if someone has similar my unit. When you change the battery,on your phone it still shows battery life 0% do this , right top of the battery tray there is on/off switch, push it it will start flashing green light then on your phone screen there is low battery note and next to it says confirm,once you confirm battery life from 0% turns to 100%

      @@hyeeagle Sounds like your device is using WiFi. It can take a few minutes to sync with the server when replacing the batteries. If you connect to the device over BLE it should update immediately to whatever your new battery percentages are. You can do this by selecting the connection icon at the top left when on the Home tab for this device.

    why does one of my stations show locked

    • @kgib808
      @kgib808 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Your stations are locked once you create an "advanced" program on the app. Do you have an advanced program created on any of the Program slots in app?
