Hi. Contact your nearest dealer and ask them to get the software update for the system. Just need to make sure that your system is capable of using it and that it will work. If your T4 pro and the T7 pro is the 2022 or 2023 version, I don't see why it wouldn't work or why it wasn't initially on.
You can either use the remote and hold down the button for 7 to 10 sec and it'll remote start. You need to be with the range of the car with the remote. Car will start, but stay locked until you get to the car ( CVT MODELS ONLY ) climb in and press the brake pedal and info screen will start up and car ready to drive. On the Elite T4 or some of the other Chery and Omoda models have dual aircon. The passenger can have one temp like heat and the driver can have it cold. Press the sync and it changes both to what the drivers temp was.

I bought the chery tiggo4 pro from morocco 🇲🇦 and i dont have the voice commands working mine is the full option version any help please thank you
If it's one of the current models then find out from the dealer why not. Maybe need to load software or update the system.
