i went to the circus for the very first time in my 20s and i was traumatized...i couldnt handle seeing those poor animals. out here on the west coast they travel in train cars down the railroad from stop to stop and it breaks my HEART.

That's exactly how I felt when I went to the circus !im with you jesse it is pretty hard to watch it and imagine how the animals are really treated.

I am sorry, but you need to educate yourselves about why they "dont look happy". Those animals are TORTURED. And that is sickening to watch, makes my stomache turn. Those poor animals. Please do not ever pay money to support this animal cruelty again. Behind closed doors, they live in such poor conditions. Firstly Lions and Tigers should not even have to co-exist .. they are from different parts of the world. They are beaten, starved and they sleep in the same cage that they would deficate. It is the same with the Elephants. PLEASE do some research.

Umm.. They Kinda SAID That it was animal cruelty and they DIDN'T LIKE the way thery looked on their faces. I agree, But elephants Are not tortured as much. They may be whipped everynow and then but not all the time. The elephants learn to adapt to the nature they have been put in and they behave. But I DO Completely agree with Lions, Tigers (And Bears. Oh My! (Had to) ) If only the world could be a better place. But REMEMBER. Lions and Tigers as Monstrourous beasts and They kill the human popularity. Im not trying to be mean, But I like to think of it as payback. They are lucky they have charities to Help them from being turned into medicine and rugs! I dont see any charities for PROTECTION against these beasts.

I love Jesse and Jeana, and I will still support them, but I do not agree with the circus and I wish to help others open their eyes to the harsh realities of the circus so they might reconsider attending hem and supporting them.

"He looks so miserable" is an understatement. Jesse, you are right about them not being treated well. If only you knew how truly badly those circus trainers treat those beautiful animals. See how that tiger flinched backwards when the man 'told it off' and raised his hand ever so slightly? It's like us flinching if someone goes to hit us. That is not normal behaviour at all. A tiger should be in no way afraid of a human like that - which just goes to show how they must be accustomed to the trainers hurting them to control them. The circus isn't like going to a zoo, for example, where animals are (in most zoos) loved and well treated by keepers who care about conservation and protection of beautiful animals. Circus trainers treat animals horrifically to get them to 'perform' for their own financial gain, they often inflict great deals of pain on them, house them in appalling conditions and punish them to the extreme simply for doing their natural behaviours. There have even been cases of them stabbing elephants, then covering their wounds with grey paint to conceal them during the show. Sadly, it's your money that's helping fund these villainous acts. I love you guys, and this is in no way hate towards YOU, but I'm so sad that you bought tickets for this. I have a degree in Animal Behavior and during my studies, we learned about the treatment and behaviour of animals in circuses, and it was heartbreaking. This is not a case of 'oh maybe this circus doesn't abuse them' - ALL circuses with animals abuse their animals.

The reason those animals don't look happy is because they aren't.
In the circus they just give the animals treats for doing something they hate, it's torture to their mind and soul, and that's why you hear stories about the animals killing their "trainers", its because they've had enough of their shit. Why do think spoiled and overly sheltered kids are so rebellious?

SSJ6999 I doubt it, she's said several times in previous vlogs that she doesn't want to be proposed or get married on a holiday. She wants it on a separate day so its special by itself, instead of sharing it with say Christmas, Valentine's, birthday, etc.

I saw a video a while back of the Ringlings circus whipping their elephants.
I saw the Russian cat circus, once. I saw a bit of an interview of the guy who does it, his technique is that you have to convince the cats that they're doing the tricks because they want to, not because the trainer wants them to and he seems to genuinely love his cats. I thought it's cool, but I agree on the big circus thing, it's terrible what they do to those animals.

I read somewhere that a good majority of elephants in captivity are treated poorly and are abused (I can't remember exactly what the statistics are or if they're true but *I* can believe it). Yeah it's really sad I remember one time going to a circus in mexico and they had their own website I forgot the name but they had tigers and horses it was amazing but when I went to their website it said something that made me feel really sad, they said they feed their tigers DOGS! :'( it said that they give them dogs, street dogs, any kind but I think it's just not right

I use to always go to the circus but now i feel sorry for the animals they shouldnt be made to work for our enjoyment they should be free there should just be magic tricks stunts and other fun things at circus instead of animals cause if they do something wrong or if one of the tigers get angry or upset the handlers stab them with spears and stuff and its really quite bad :c i can understand why jesse took jenna cause it is intresting but i do think we should all relise elephants arnt made for spinning around there made for being out in the wild enjoying themselves but it was a good idea Jesse but i still think its cruel

Stop using animals in the circus trade. It should be an illegal offence to use animals in a circus they are in 99.9% of cases mistreated its disgusting.
I always feel kind of sad for the animals in the circus. Thats why I prefer Cirque du soleil ! They are amazing ! I miss that ! We vlog on ARUBA and I will be going to Holland for a vacation in april ! I will take my subscribes with me! Would be cool of they have one of the shows there again !!!

After watching a documentary about the treatment of circus animals I WOULD NEVER CONTRIBUTE TO ANY PART OF THAT. I hate what circuses stand for.

why do they have to get married? So Jesse can sign up to give half his shit away in the event of a divorce? They live together and are monogamous so why does he have to go out and spend 5-25 grand on a ring and another 5-25 grand on a wedding when they already live as a married couple would live? I'm soon to be 20 years old and I've never been to a circus, and I never will. It's retarded by humans to take wild animals, from another part of the world, to be raised in a cage and forced to perform all over the country. These animals, are smart as fuck, and they're definatly not happy. To force wild animals to do unnatural things like this is wrong and by going to circus you're supporting this human cruelty. These beautiful animals deserve to live a regular life in freedom in their natural habitat. Fuck circuses.

You can always go to a non-animal circus though, just with all the cool human stunts and tricks.

Why don't all you peeps in the US sign a petition to get circuses banned that have animals in them? I'm sure there's one already out there. Just think, you could be part of something big, that would really make a difference and make innocent animals lives' better. We're a big community and the US is quite democratic and its helping so i'm sure if there were enough signatures, they would listen :)

***** Maybe I should have phrased it better but I didn't mean shut down the circuses with animals in them completely. Just either take the animal part away and they can amend the show, or at the very least review the type of cages they keep the animals in and even the training.
