    Thankfully for this tuition Mr.Ty it’s very important to use this method to increase the process faster.🌷

    This is cool information. Definitely not practical for residential but I can see it saving a lot of time in larger commercial systems.

    if the air temperature is reasonable or you cant use a bucket (indoors and you cant make a mess) you can make a subcooler from a condensor you pulled from a old reach in cooler for example, something in the 15" size works great and with the fan already on there you can subcool a LOT of volume with just air. i doubt it will work perfectly on a roof in phoenix during summer but for most places with more humane temperatures it should work well. i prefer air over icewater when having to do big recoveries as you dont have to replenish the ice

      Absolutely. A friend used one of those refregeration condensed and just mounted it to the back of his Appion G5 twin. He uses the air from the recovery machine to blow over it and it works great. He has it hard piped from the out to the unit to the condenser and a manual valve.
      It works great

      @@love2hvac i did something simmilar. i made a box that holds the recovery machine and a big coil under it with a fan and with a short 1ft hose to the tank so i can stand it on top of the recovery tank. i could also weigh the whole lot in that manner and watch the tank fill. after recovery i just let it sit for a couple minutes for the fluid to drain (do mind the coil design so it can free flow down) and only have vapour left. that bit of vapour is not worth the effort to recover generally when dealing with decent volumes you find on rooftops, let alone chillers. and waiting for the coil to drain is not a problem as you have plenty of other stuff to do. the carrying box also protected the machine as they live pretty rough lives in the backs of our vans.

    The molecular transformer is nice but it holds an insane amout of refrigerant that gets trapped

    • @love2hvac
      @love2hvac  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed, the down side is having to re set up just to pull the ref out of it by itself.

      Couldn't the recovery machine purge it out?

    • @thomasmann3560
      @thomasmann3560 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The issue is it's hooked up to the discharge side of the recovery. You need to valve off and switch it around to clear out the gas

    We have a small recycling company and recover from refrigerators and air conditioners. We currently have 5 G5 Twins. What is the ideal setup for fast recovery for high volume? Especially larger older R22 air conditioners. Or is there a better machine to use? Thanks , great video.

    Your teaching iss the best to me but I ave a ? I have a mini split unit that was working pretty well, what I notice is the unit not turning on, an the unit receiving 220 voltage fuse on the circuit board good is there any advice u can give me about what could of cause it

    • @love2hvac

      So manu things it could be
      Most likely electrical. I have not started the electrical or the ductless/mini split sections yet.
      Ac service tech LLC has some great videos on them that are already up and running. I would recommend checking out his videos. I am far behind form getting there. Thank you for the support and I'm glad you enjoy the videos.

    Liquid in vapor port when you put tank in bucket?

    • @love2hvac
      @love2hvac  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, this way you don't have the restriction of the straw of the liquid side.

    Do you have a place I can send you a video of refrigerant boiling out of the oil. I took it to show some guy I work with to show them the importance of the recovery and how much refrigerant can be trapped in the oil.

    Ok So how do you get the liquid out of the sub cooler and into the tank. I run that reclaimer and I crack intake hose to reclaimer and introduce atmosphere. Is that the correct procedure?

    i only have one core remover, could i just remove one of the cores and leave the other in? would it speed the recovery process up a bit? if so should i remove suction or discharge?
