Sir i followed the arrow and use the adjustment toll the pin come out little bit and i cant pull that out somehow .Thats like thats too hard to pull and too hard to push also that stuck pls help.

Check the direction the arrow points to . Maybe you have pushed it to the wrong side . If it is stuck then better take professional help from a watch repair shop.

Yes definitely . These are quick release straps . You can attach different straps but check the size of the strap before buying . I have also made a video regarding it . You can watch it here .

Yes black is very good . Few days back I saw my brother using a dark green straps on it . It also looked good . My favourites are brown leather coloured straps but they are not silicon.
