Thank yoouu😄❤️. Yeeeesss, I am loving the show after the first episode. I'm really hoping PA doesn't lose focus again and knocks this out of the park. It will help my pain from SW😂😂😂. I'm soooo interested in where they take this! And the actresses! The chemistry! The intensity! wooooooow😂😂😂. I can't wait till they start falling in love. It's going to be so deliciously dramatic and messy😂😂😂 but also, they have the potential to be tragically beautiful❤️.

Now at this point I just take Stupid wife and all the positive in it and place it in a special place in my heart. Because if I don’t, just like you, I will be pissed that they rushed Stupid Wife for Xeque Mate and it’s not giving. BUUUUUUUTTTT I’ve seen the first episode and it looks like it’s gonna give what it’s gonna give. Bro the actresses CHEMISTRY 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️❤️ is very present… Also, the actress who plays Maya SURPRISES the heck out of me… Not me thinking her character was gonna be this submissive wife who Giovanna is going to get out of the closet (since Giovanna’s character is a sex addict) 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Boy was I surprised in this first episode lol

I'm loving Xequemate tbh😂😂😂. The chemistry is chemistrying and I'm appreciating it as something completely different from Stupid Wife, standing on its own.

@@AMRReactions omg about BuiarReis making an appearance, I thought the same. I said how amazing it would be if at some point in time at the finale or something they showed up, but I doubt it because if it’s true there is animosity between the two 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂 I doubt it. Also, Buiar has been busy since Stupid wife, my bae just stays traveling, booked and busy. Apparently, doors have opened for Buiar and she is a lot of modeling campaigns and foundations and interviews here and there.
But Boy was I shocked to see VaLu’s friends in their own skin. I was not ready.

SW poderia (e merecia) terminar de forma linda e bem feita, mas eles só fizeram merda, se não fosse Reis e Buiar, teria sido UM FRACASSO enorme. Mas nada tirou o fato de SW ser uma história linda, de ser uma fanfic maravilhosa.
Já Xeque-mate é uma história INCRÍVEL, a melhor fanfic, mas é uma trama complexa e a chance da Ponto Ação arruinar essa história como fez com SW é imensa. Estou com medo , mas até agora está.igual a fanfic
SW merecia um final melhor e sem Buiar e Reis, a temporada final poderia ter fracassado. Apesar disso, fico feliz que eles pelo menos tenham tentado montar algo decente e, no final, pelo menos podemos dizer que não arruinaram completamente o SW.
OOOOH, agora estou ainda mais animado para conferir a fanfiction!😂😂😂. O problema com PA é que Pugliese e Natalie são realmente muito bons em contar histórias e capturar sua essência. Se eles não tiverem pressa novamente como no S3 de SW, escolho esperar que eles façam um bom trabalho com o Xequemate. Dedos cruzados😂😂😂🤞🏽

Onde SW tinha ação e comedia? Um texto dramático, a história da Luiza e da Valen, uma história profunda, densa, dramática...
Se tem uma coisa que SW não tinha era ação e comédia.......
As cenas mais dramáticas com Valentina confrontando sua mãe, Luisa confrontando Valentina etc. é o que estou me referindo como “ação”, embora tenha notado que não está na mesma linha de Xequemate.
A comédia é só trechos, momentos com o Léo fazendo sua dança do tiktok, distraindo ele com o brinquedo para eles terem um momento juntos, momentos com a Duda etc. Talvez seja uma palavra melhor do que comédia.
