Does Salesforce has all the data needed to recommend an NBA, can the data be gotten into Salesforce to power the NBAs, etc.. and all of this is driven by use cases. So Intervieing end users and power users on what is something they do for every opportunity that could be recommended? How can we remove the thinking and remind users to take actions without them having to remember If you know the business well then you are already ahead, start with small use cases and POC and then demo that to the group, get feedback and iterate
Thanks for the Video, everything worked fine and when i manually start my flow everything works. Starting the Flow trough the Next Best Action Somehow "Context" is missing, recordid is empty and i cant find any record. If i start the flow manually, everything is fine. Any Idea? Thanks
So, it just shows pre-created actions (screen flows) if certain conditions matches in the strategy builder, it is not AI, its kinda if/else condition and show the screenflow
Thanks for sharing! Amazing idea! I have an issue with displaying the record values when choosing 'update opportunity'. I tested it in debug mode several times, flow seems to work well. When I try to retrieve the data on Lightning Page (Account) it tells me "The table has currently no data to display" which is not true as I have several Opps open, in different stages. Any idea what might be causing this? I've been going round in circles. Thank you @Pratima!
Hi Pratima, Hope you are doing well. Q. How to achieve Product Recommendations to the user using salesforce flow. There are few questions going to ask user through the survey on that basis he will get product suggestions. After getting survey answer we will match those answers with another integration, and we will suggest product to the user. This recommendation flow will work for this requirement? Please guide me on this.

Are you using recordId variable to pass the account id and query the opportunity?
