No idea how I found myself on this video, but thanks for posting it. I noticed mine (07 Tuono) felt a little dodgy last oil change, so I've just ordered one from ebay. £12.50 Cheers for the tip! Funnily enough, the last oil change was just before going to the picos too. Absolute heaven over there isn't it.
The Pico's is brilliant because not many people go there and if you love riding in mountains it's out of this world . The KTM oil drain is a good idea .
@@captbarb6642 Not to mention we saw ONE mobile speed check the entire time. Some of those roads out there were smooth as a race track, and like you said, so little traffic. I think if we were still in the EU I might have just quit my job and stayed there 😅
Didn't see any speed traps , but when I wasn't watching the road we did see a family of wild boar in a line mum, dad, and the five kids and a red squirrel which was nice to see .I have done a little short video riding the capo there .
I did exactly that switch a month a go with the drain bolt 😄. Tock me a little while to find that KTM oil drain bolt. It was really close that I didn't get the old one out.

Yes that's what I've been experiencing with my old ape drain bolt, I have a much better feeling with that 12mm nut .
might copy that one
Like I say if you have ever removed the old one it is always a risky undo so why not replace it .
I've done a short for you when we left the Pico's on our way to Portugal hope you find it .
