0.3 kg mass of cylinder means on a weighing machine it must show approx 3 Newton ( or in local language 3kg). Is it true sir?

3 Newton is equivalent to 300 gm ( 0.3kg ) not 3kg
Since F=mg
So 3N = m × g
So m = 3/10 kg
m = 0.3 kg

My point is: you have taken mass of solid cylinder is 0.344 Kg that means on a weighing machine if you put that cylinder it must show F= 0.344 x 9.8 i.e. 3.3 Newton
In general people(those who are not aware) read 3.3 N on a weighing machine as 3.3 kg. But that small Cylinder doesn't seem to be that heavy.
