its not how gb house work, it based on playtime badge, so if you collect house after 3 hours it will get you 1 gb, but after another 3 hrs it will get you 2 bc you have 2 additional hrs of pt

since it starts counting when you unlock the gb house it rounds to the nearest hour so it will affect some more than others
