Making chocobar ice cream at home is a fun and delicious project! Here's a simple recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup or 250 gms heavy cream
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Ice cream molds or small paper cups
Ice cream sticks or wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the sugar until it completely dissolves.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool completely.
Make Chocolate Coating:
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble:
Pour the cooled ice cream base into ice cream moulds or small paper cups, leaving a little space at the top.
Insert ice cream sticks or wooden popsicle sticks into each mould.
Freeze the moulds for about 4-6 hours, or until the ice cream is almost set but still slightly soft.
Coat with Chocolate:
Once the ice cream is partially set, remove the molds from the freezer.
Dip each ice cream mould into the melted chocolate, coating the ice cream completely. You can also use a spoon to spread the chocolate evenly.
Place the coated ice cream bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze Again:
Put the chocolate-coated ice cream bars back in the freezer and freeze for another 2-3 hours, or until completely set.
Serve:
Once the chocobar ice cream is fully set, remove it from the molds by gently pulling on the sticks.

You can also customize your chocobar ice cream by adding nuts, sprinkles, or caramel sauce to the chocolate coating for extra flavor and texture.
