Ingredients
1kg Suji
1kg sugar (cheeni )
3 kg boiled water
1cup almonds
1 cup char magaz
1 cup Raisins ( kishmish)
1 pao ( ایک پاو) Ghee
Methods
Take 3 kg water and boiled it . Take a large karhai and on the stove put the 1 pao ghee in it . After 5mins add sujii in it . Cook the sujii almost 10 to 15mins at medium flame . Stirr the sujii continuously almost 10 to 15mins at medium flame . Cook it properly and check the texture of sujii with fingers . After 15mins add sugar in it and stirr it well for 5mins then add 3kg boiled water in it and cook for almost 10mins at low flame . Add all dry fruits in it and serve it .
