And he said this when Sushil was already arrested and Punia was asked if he was bullied by him into leaving chatrasaal but he refused. Bisbo didn’t even say “allegedy forced out of chatrasaal”. I live in Palam Delhi, which has a DD judo academy. Now palam is famous for a temple, which has long following in parts of Haryana. Palam also has hotseat for Khap panchayat. Here comes the twisted part, Sushil was a very often coming person in our place, and yes, in our home too. Being a Olympic delegate, all of our family used to respect him, invite him at major events, we all knew that he was short tempered, and kinda egoistic but used to erase that, because of is guru gesture. Well, now he's a criminal in hand, and no one in Palam, wants to associate with him.

i am from pakistan i saw sushil kumar in a show called roadies and got impressed by his personality as fighter but shocked to see he ended up like that ...what a waste to such talent.
The saddest part is no is is really talking about the condition of sports persons in India. Unlike Sushil, who was already working with Indian Railways and getting paid a salary as a full time player, there are literally 100s of international medal holders who struggle to get even a single job. And few of the most affected sports are wrestling, boxing, body building etc because players of these sports can only play till an age limit after that their body start to feel that wear and tear of those intense training but our government does not have any plans for these players as they are not even getting a decent job after spending their whole life in these sport to represent the nation. And in the end, those players who are well off move on to open gyms and other sports academies while other players have no other choice but to end up as goons with some assholes like Sushil Kumar and all they do is work for mafias, smugglers, real estate people and with other celebrities as bouncers etc. What Sushil did was wrong obviously but arresting him has not resolved the bigger issue with the sports community
