hello...yes, because roofdeck has a load na kagaya ng isang additinal storey since nk-concrete slab ka and most of the time, tambayan din ito ng mga tao.
2-storey with roofdeck is considered 3-storeys already. its not just some technical descriptions but because a roofdeck can carry same loads ng isang regular storey or level.
Tanong lang engineer kasi sa amin kahapon nag soil boring test yung binabaon nilang tubo hinde naman umaabot ng 2 meter matigas na ayaw ng bumaon ang tubo hinto na sila at huhugutin na yung tubong ayaw bumaon. At magbabaon pa ulit ng tubo na medyo malaki sa isa tama po ba yun pag matigas na hinto kahit 2 meter ang pag kaalam ko 15 meter huhukayin butas!

depende sa depth ng borehole, pero in this case its 25K per Hole @ 15-meters deep...others are a bit expensive I dont know why. feeling ko may patong. but I'm not sure feeling ko lang naman. hehehe

Ang building permit may 1 year validity kung hinde kapa nag uumpisa, But kung nakapag umpisa kana at natigil meron kang 120 days para mag resume, after 120 days hinde ka parin nag resume ng construction mag aapply ka uli ng bagong permit. according yan sa PD 1096 sec 313. pero kung wala namang umiikot na building inspector pwede kanang mag umpisa uli, sabihin molang utay utay ang trabaho pero hinde sya inaabot ng 120 days nag tutuloy naman
2003 pa pala, malamang mag apply ka uli ng bago, sabihin mo sa cityhall mag uumpisa kana uli, malamang maliit nalang babayaran nyan kasi parang renewal nalang yan

Sir arki kailangan kopa ba mag soil boring test kung second floor lang pinaka roof top ay slab lang ang sukat 8mtr by 9mtr.tatlong room sa second floor isa sa ground at top ng second floor slab ilalagay ko lang maliit na tank ng tubig.

Our house is already built, it is a two- storey house po with a roofdeck, designed na po to have third floor kaso di natuloy ang construction dahil kinulang na sa budget. Im asking po, now na ipapagawa na namin yung third floor, what kind of permit po do we need to comply para magresume yung construction/renovation of the third floor?

Ang building permit may 1 year validity kung hinde kapa nag uumpisa, But kung nakapag umpisa kana at natigil meron kang 120 days para mag resume, after 120 days hinde ka parin nag resume ng construction mag aapply ka uli ng bagong permit. according yan sa PD 1096 sec 313. pero kung wala namang umiikot na building inspector pwede kanang mag umpisa uli, sabihin molang utay utay ang trabaho pero hinde sya inaabot ng 120 days nag tutuloy naman
2003 pa pala, malamang mag apply ka uli ng bago, sabihin mo sa cityhall mag uumpisa kana uli, malamang maliit nalang babayaran nyan kasi parang renewal nalang yan

the Lot area is 240...number of holes recommended by the Engr was 2 holes (also based on NSCP)
