In this episode of "THE SPACE SENTINELS",the trio attempts to thwart the theft of some Top secret plans from a future being who time travels into the 20th century. the voice of "Chronos" is played by the late Ted Cassidy,shortly before his untimely death in January 1979. and while Cassidy is best remembered as "Lurch" from ABC-TV and Filmways' "THE ADDAMS FAMILY" in 1964,he was a well known voice over in dozens of animated cartoons,but he was also the opening narrator of Universal Television's "THE INCREDIBLE HULK" TV series,which debuted in April 1978 on CBS. Filmation Associates also used Ted Cassidy as the voice of "Thunn" the Lion man in their $200 million production,"FLASH GORDON:THE GREATEST ADVENTURE OF THEM ALL" that was aired in late August 1982 on NBC,despite the fact that the network had already aired "FLASH GORDON" as a Saturday morning TV series in Fall 1979. Ted Cassidy's death was the result of complications from open heart surgery.
Awfully nice of them to let the robot stand with him in the group shot. If I was the Avengers' plumber, sure, I'm glad to help, but I doubt they'd let me stand with them on the poster.

@@josymon yes you are right I thought it was Blackstar this channel has that cartoon also. I thought we were talking about that cartoon instead of Space Sentinels. I miss these old cartoons I was born in 71 so I get the earlier ones mixed up. Space Sentinels and Blackstar and He man were all good
Looking at art style I thought must be fimation and it is They are known for heman but seems to have made a couple shows with overlaping settings of scifi and fantasy
The Original Mercury, Herucles were suppossed to be gods, except Herculews, and he was only a half god. So, if they were, why were they aaffected by the sleep item?
