YES, When I Voted in 2019e lection No RO Water & Toilets at School In 2024 Election When I went to cast my vote I had seen All Necessary Facilities at school. So, I asked People who r Staying at Village they said that by Jagan Govt these R Done and also they added a point School Strength also increased 5 Times in 2020. Earlier Many of Students used to to go Private Schools at near by Town now many of them r studying in Govt schools. Even I observed so, I asked some of their Parents they said for the 1st class student nearly 60K they have to pay school fee and extra stationary school bus fee & etc.... travel 1 hr

In Covid time i lost my grandparents both in west godavari where unable to see them in last ritual and govt said heart ache people who joined in covid in hospital closed 100's of cases without showing numbers. In same hospital 1000's died but no cases registered to show case themselves filling sakshi paper with 500+ crores ads nothing done to people..
I went to hospital where maida pindi jallaru hospital premisis lo instead of bleaching powder that's greatness to save people to save money into pockets...

Primary school lo 99,% teachers పని చేయరు. హైస్కూల్లో 30% మంది టీచర్లు పని చేయరు DEO lani ,MEO lani manage చేస్తారు.మంచిగా పని చేసే teachers తో గొడవలు పెట్టుకొని పిల్లల్తో వారిపై కంప్లయింట్ చేయిస్తారు.

Hi Andhra Podcaster. Your view on politics and your analysis on the state politics is commandable. I am just here to give you some stats, its not only about schools everytime .the very very important thing happend interms of finances is in Colleges actually, In 2017 my Engineering college fee was 50k which was increased nearly 25 percent from previous year and like wise for the next 3 years my college fee went to 1 lak but i see no development in infrastructure or on Technology or in any terms of my college but who gave the permission to increase the fees and finally there came a time where a person who qualifies eamcet and even without eamcet will pay the same fee. So whats point of EAMCET then came Jagan to ruling and made full fee reimbursement but the main truth is he generalized the fee structure over colleges in AP. He set a benchmarch to college with certain infra and certain capabilities the colleges fee will be fixed and to our suprise our college was a normal tier3 basic engineering college with no infra and lectures but went to 1 lak fee and then after the with benchmarks the college fee came down to 35 k ,😮 isn't this suprising consider there are 1.2lak engineering grades coming up each and every year for 5 years it is around 8 lak students . And so for 8 lak people an external burden of 30 to 50 k without no improvement in college which sums up to some crores amount has been releved when jagan took out this move. Apart from politics perspective just think even after 5 years our jouniers paid very less fee than us and earning the same as us. This is a huge ROI. I think there should be a clear discussions on this cause i see a statement in the previous week that from here onwards the minimum fee is 50k to 1.2 lak in AP as per CBN gov . These things has to be debated.
It's a good point to bring out but to make this kind of points clear to the public YCP leaders are lacking a speaker who could educate people regarding a particular policy
I believe there is a need to bring public administration policy matter experts who could thoroughly communicate this kind of powerful reforms brought by the government to the state people
Jagan .made REFORMATIONAL changes in education sector for kids. He inspired many people by changing school facilities, and taking great initiative for setting the education standards. No one can do better than Jagan because he really wanted to change the peoples lives and he himself wanted to set an example for the society.
Lokesh and CBN just want to get the power , but doing good to the people. They never stand on their made promises. We absolutely DON’T believe TDP .

As you said, lokesh is on double edged sword. He should take proper decisions now. The point on salaries of teachers need to be audited(the returns of investment), but will the teachers agree to it.
For a state like Andhra Pradesh, development and job creation are more important than government school English. If there is no development or employment in AP, the state's youth will move to other states and countries.
That's the reason, the people of AP voted for TDP.

It's interesting to see, TDP is pro private schools management, funded heavily by them. Even in one of latest interactions with a school kid, when the kid said he is studying at Chaitanya, CBN emphasized that it's the best school. For no obvious reasons, TDP govt would kill the govt education for sure.

I differ with your notion of IB>CBSE> SSC
If you have a comparative sight of latest CBSE and SSC books, they are just a reprint.
In my opinion there is no major difference in the NCERT textbooks and the SCERT books.
And we have telugu translations.
I’m unaware of IB books and What is so special in embracing the syllabus as a whole. If something we are really missing from IB, then we can get them into our textbooks. The govt devises numerous committees on textbook development.
Implementing IB might be a challenge in conducting exams or all other criteria they impose. It would be a challenge running to that IB for certificates or corrections or revaluations or other stuff.

Teachers promotions and increments should be based on their performance.. Govt employees in AP and Telangana are highly paid among all states. They want only salaries, increments etc., but dont work.. Only 10% of govt employees work sincerely.

Vijay garu, teachers are working like a dogs in all other developed countries. But in India , AP , teachers are lazy and keep complaining and voted against YCP.
Teachers cannot be fired once you become a government teacher. This is the biggest problem .
I want Sri Chaitanya and Narayana to rule the education sector, because only they can make the students competent for JEE, NEET, etc.
Some sort of Virtual training is required for the teachers to update them to changes in curriculum. They should enter the education system with that challenge. If they are too slack, net outcome will decrease.
If Public and private school standards are at similar level in terms of teachers, facilities managment, sanitation, curriculum and extra curricular activities, then why not parents send their children to Public Schools. one teacher per 25 students is good and optimum.
Kesari sir, Appreciate for this video. My concern is that inaddition to all aspects you mentioned education dept should be extreme vigilant on field level machinery, Teachers. They would need to be on same page and should continue to have regular sessions on how they are executing in accomplishing the general objectives. Teachers should respect policies and carry forward with due diligence to nurture our future generation.To an extent Teachers profession has been tainted by "color of politics". These days they do not want to be managed and supervised. If teachers get any feelers that they are being pushed out of their comfort zone by new competitive policies from the above then they turn disgruntled and waiting out Term and collectively doing their part to kickout the Govt. Tough to strike a reasonable balance.
Real problem with merging schools is government schools does not have transport to pick and drop from houses. Generally primary schools are walkable in villages, mothers can drop their kids. But high schools are not at walkable distance. for students of 3,4 and 5 classes transport to and for is a problem. So they are preferring private schools due to this decision
After demise of CM garu, Lokesh garu is nothing. Lokesh garu is not having a capacity to rule the state. CM garu can play more tactics to come to power, but not Lokesh garu. I am expecting that there will be a creation of political vacuum after demise of CM garu.

In my village there is a primary school which has only 3students.
For that school
1teacher= 95k/month
Sweeper/attender= 5k
Food &other= 10k
1Lakh/month
12lakhs/year
1student = 4lakhs/year
And above every student gets 15000/year.
What kind of education they are getting .
3 poor child didn't know atleast math tables and simple calculations.
And why this freaking teachers are complaining about merging the schools.
My thoughts, Lokesh strategy could be bring back telugu medium in govt schools and let private schools prosper.
And Ippudu unna govt teachers CBSE syllabus ni students ki cheppaleru ani na feeling, not that they are incompetent but the way they are functioning for ages will not let them take the next leap.
For practical purposes 3,4, 5, classes should be with 1,2, classes only,otherwise there are many instances where 3,4,5,classes children are beaten by high school students

Sir as so many primary schools are merged there is a huge flow of students to private schools.So a huge class strength is a hurdle to a qualitative education.
*Yes i agree govt teachers 60 -70./. aren't upgrading their skills and not giving atleast their 50./. teaching.
* Ncert books are above standards to our children.
*Instead of strengthing the lower classes introduction of ncert from mid school has gone vain
*A system a/c to our standards introduction could d problems
*Kerala model can be thought of in this regard.
*Reddys govt promised a pay of 18k to 20k for private school teachers but no way implemented.A BIG False promise.
*The renewal of a private school was increased to 8 yrs where only management benefited n not d labour teachers.

Either Jagan or Lokesh, if they are able to understand benefits of old schemes n continue that will be strength to any one
IB curriculum is good for overall development. In general in IB or IGCSE focus on depth of few areas. In CBSE/ state boards are good for breadth of knowledge with out going too deep. Lets say children study in IB.IGCSE problem comes in competitive exams like jee/neet. So moving to IB should be a practice across country and jee and neet should align to that. with one state moving would put children at risk for admissions to engineering/medicine
Wether it is beneficial to the present minister or not, IB should be introduced to the present generation to compete with the 🎉competetive world in future.

I believe, (Side Note) as a politician first and then a servant of the people next, even though politicians want to believe it is the other way, Lokesh garu would probably change all the things that Jagan Govt had bought into effect in the field of education, if that is the case, it would be a political move on his part, satisfying the TDP cadre and supporters. But, if he can point out the cons in Jagans's education reforms and gives a road map on how he will resolve it; that would be a servant of the people first, kind of a move. Also on the point of PVT schools, healthy competition always keeps a balance on how people perform. You do good and get results, you are most likely to be appreciated and have a bigger growth plan ahead. I would suggest there should be competition, but the Govt should be an accountability medium that makes sure nothing is being misused to get ahead, even though there is that notion of TDP being more aligned towards Pvt schools for their own reasons which is debatable.
