I had this problem but I fixed it. When on the 3D element of your globe, on the box where you can see the globe there are options underneath it. Next to the environment little box on the left side (I don’t know what it originally said so that’s all I can explain it as) you need to click on that box and select the word option ‘basic’ , hope this helps
