- రమణ ఆకుల గారు Group 1 TOPPER ,ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం ఒక డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర గా తన బాధ్యతలను నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నారు. ఆయిన గురించి ఇలా చెప్పే కన్నా సమాజంలో సమానత్వం కోసం కృషి చేస్తున్న ఒక బాధ్యత గల పౌరుడు అని చెప్పొచ్చు.తాను సాధరణ రైతు కుటుంబంలో పుట్టి పెరిగి ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల్లోనే చదువుకున్నారు.BTech తరవాత నెట్వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ ఉద్యోగంలో చేరారు. చిన్నప్పటి నుంచి ఒక రైతు పడే కష్టం ఏమిటో ఆయన చూసారు ,ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో కొరతలను చూసారు. వీటి కోసం, మన సమాజం కోసం ఏదైనా చెయ్యాలి అనుకున్నారు.తనకు కుదిరినంత సాయం చేస్తూనే ఉన్నారు కానీ ఆయిన మదిలో ఒక ఆలోచన వచ్చింది అన్నిటికన్నా పెద్ద సంస్థ ప్రభుత్వమే దాని ద్వారా ఎందుకు సేవ చేయకూడదు అని. ఒక ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగం ద్వారా ఎంతో మందికి సాయం చేయవచ్చు అని ఆయనకి అర్ధం అయింది. గ్రూప్ 1 పరీక్షలకు సంసిద్దమవటం ప్రారంభించారు. పలుమార్లు విఫలమైన ఏడేళ్ల నిరీక్షణ తర్వాత ఆ పరీక్షలో Topperగా నిలిచారు. తనకి అంతకు ముందే మంచి జీతం వచ్చే ఉద్యోగం ఉన్నా అది వదిలేసి కేవలం సమాజంలో అందరి అభివృద్ధి కోసం ముందుకు వెళ్తున్నారు.
Akula Venkata Ramana is a group 1 topper and currently, he is working as deputy collector in Andhra. His story would really inspire me when you realize that he left his well-paid job and appeared for APPSC group1 exams to get an opportunity to serve people. Most of the people would prefer a government job to get paid well and to get settled but his motto was completely different. Ramana Akula is born into a poor farmer’s family and he studied in government schools. After he completed his Btech at KLU he joined as a network engineer. Growing up in a farmer's family and studying in government schools made him realize the shortcomings in government schools and the troubles farmers face. Though he works as a volunteer teacher he realized that government is an organization that can really change the lives of people. So he decided to get a government job. Until that, he never thought of the Appsc group 1 exam or group2 and group3 exams. But from that point, he started preparing for APPSC. Though he failed a few times after a 7-year struggle, he managed topper the APPSC group1 exam. Ramana Akula also started a Ngo named equality NGO. Through which he strives to provide equal opportunities for everyone. He also gained so much praise and love from people when they got to know that A group1 1st ranker is a farmer's son. Many channels like Sakshi tv, Etv Telugu have covered his interview. He also volunteers in helping candidates for preparing government jobs by teaching them. After all, in his interviews, he also mentions that government job preparation in Telugu really helped him to achieve his goals easily. Since there are upcoming Telangana government jobs and Andhra government jobs this video will serve as motivation to everyone who is appearing. There are also his videos on the Equality IAS academy youtube channel. They will help you to know how to crack government jobs.
