But this house gives some good impressions such as clean,overlooking downtown in Los Angeles.
I will consider it in the near future.it is only for investment.

Agree with the comments about “over priced”. And will add that the structure of each room looks like an open elevator shaft at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC from the 1960’s. The best part was the staging, but even that couldn’t mask the limits of the dated ‘gold’ beam and marble slab construction. Better to have gone 100% mid century modern... but that would have revealed this relic for what it is.
Be careful when the word “Opus” becomes synonymous with ‘one person’s single best idea’ even out of its period of context or of current relevance’.
There are frankly too many places that are designed better and more reasonably priced to the market.
