- The new season of Show People with Paul Wontorek kicks off with Les Miserables star Aaron Tveit. Hear him dish about his Les Miz co-stars, going undercover on his new TV show Graceland and why he says "no" to social media.
When I first saw Les Mis, I was kind of like "Hmmm, Marius is kind of cute and all, and he has a sweet voice *Camera cuts to Aaron* MY GOD, WHO IS THAT FOXY THING WITH THE ANGELIC VOICE?".

AustralianKelsey he is one of my broadway idols, and I feel like we all can agree to say that he is in all of our voices, and inspired our voices.
He`s classically hot. I guess there has never been such a good Enjolras in other adaptions. Enjolras character is sort of paradoxical; he`s revolutionary and angry, yet fragile and childish. And Arron Tveit was great in showing both these aspects.
I really liked him but compared to other Enjolrati he was very generic (like quite a lot of other actors lately). Check out David Thaxton. He played the character how he's supposed to be: Heroic and charming but also militant and terrible.
Check out Ramin Karimloo as Enjolras, he has something special just like Aaron
Aaron is perfect for Enjolras. In the unabridged edition of Les Mis, Hugo described Aaron's Enjolras to a T. He also said Enjolras had never been shown any affection and never been kissed. He had kissed only twice, a dead hero who was not in the movie. He kissed him on the hand and the cheek, and everyone saw that as a great honor to the dead hero. II just wanted to cry when I read that. I'll give you a kiss, Enjolras! 🥰

The description of enjolras in the book said he had REALLY nice teeth. They did NOT need to alter his at all
You have to admit that Aaron's teeth are very noticeable. I think that in the movie they wanted to show the poverty of the French citizens so therefore they couldn't have Enjolras with perfect teeth. At least they didn't blacken any out, only coloured.
I literally laughed so hard when they talked about the pronounciation of "Enjolras" and the hair thing X'DD that was just so good

I feel for all of you when you say Aaron deserves more recognition. I completely agree & I remember thinking the same thing about Eddie Redmayne a few years back. So keep the faith everyone, I'm sure, in time, Aaron will get the recognition he deserves, just like Eddie has done

I love how he refers to characters that he plays as HIMSELF, unlike other actors. Instead of referring to Mike as "he", he referred to Mike as "I." I love that and I love him.

If Spielberg's WSS had been made ten years earlier, Aaron Tveit would have been a superb Tony - acting, voice, appearance - but ten years later he looked closer to 40 than to 20, them's the breaks. Aaron Tveit has had and will have a great career. I certainly want to see him again on the screen.
Ten years after this interview, he is still a stable and great actor and singer. Hope he could gain more popularity. He deserves that.

I have so much respect for this man. Not only is he an incredible performer (acting, singing, dancing, EVERYTHING) he has also managed to retain a humble attitude and a kindness that is truly touching. I could easily just start squealing about how amazing he is, and how cute everything he does is (and I do regularly), but sometimes it's nice to just sit back and admire a person for their attitude and abilities, and not simply for their looks. Thankyou Aaron for just being you. Dont ever change.
