Videos like this are why you are better than most speedrunners: It's not just "do runs over and over and over" but actually being part of a community and being entertaining.
New speedrun strats are the most exciting thing to see. I recently watched Josh’s Any% run from ESA Together 2020 (the all-online event), and it’s crazy how different the route was back then compared to today. - No Los Santos duping - No Monster 8X - No Home in the Hills duping - No Badlands race skip - Zero-star glitch was done like 2 missions into LV It was practically like watching a different game all together.
Especially when you compare modern runs to 2014 era runs and see just how advanced duping has become in the last decade. All these modern duping glitches are SO galaxy brained that I almost can't believe strat hunters even discovered them in the first place.
Shout out to the “How to make railway timetables” video by Numberphile in the youtube screenclip at the start. “All you had to do was schedule the damn train, CJ!”
So, to summarize it as best as I understood and can - Get trucking stuck (should happen normally during the full run) - Start home coming with OM0 - Get a police maverick - Blow up a pole in order to not have any risks with the heli - Instead of completing the mission, leave one dealer alive with a satchel - Go back to madd dog's house, detonate the satchel right before you enter the house, exit before the mission fully ends and position yourself at the edge of the mission marker - Skip the home coming cutscene when CJ says "when" - Do the same thing you did for the first instance of the mission - Fly to SF, start valet - Enter the clucking bell and detonate the satchel you left on the last gangster (OM0 for valet with infinite time) - Get inside CJ's house - Get out of CJ's house (careful to not start bdup now), go to the stadium and do another OM0 setup - Start Bdup twice, go to the first checkpoint - Get a boxburg (in order to exit valet later without using the collision trigger on SF) - Complete Bdup - Start burglary OM0 (exiting valet) - Start 2 instances of Riot with OM0 - Start the last instance separately - Finish riot - EOTL 2 starts - Hooray! It is somewhat hard to understand what's going on so I could have gotten this very wrong, I'm just a casual viewer so feel free to correct me.
Sounds about right. Here's some additional notes: - At the end of the first Home Coming instance you have to hold a phonecall before you enter the building (which you can do since you are OM0) so that you can regain control in the building during the cutscene (maybe also so the mission passes properly, not sure, sometimes that only works OM1). - During the second Home Coming instance the whole thing about not spawning to many peds so Sweet's model doesn't unload and the game crashes (turn down draw distance). - At the end of Beat Down on BDup you also have to Pausebuffer to get a call before the second BDup instance passes, so you basicially get the OM0 call back you used to dupe the mission.
the new strat learning videos are probably my most favorite ones on this channel, Sadge that we cant have new strats daily

Uncut gang!
Hoodie gang!
Uncircumcised gang!
"I don't care how, I care when!" sounds like a good any% speedrunner's mantra if you think about it.

About Gui93's nick: you pronounce it like "ghee", probaly shortened version of the name Guilherme.

Return of josh paint SA strat explanation
Watching Josh made me realize how much better VCS is Kappa
watching this video made realise I miss Regular Tom
i was confused why the podcast man had no background gameplay sound. turns out the intro was 15-20 mins long.
yay new strat video hello video game man!
is gtasa one of the most complicated speedruns? i dont know much about the scene but this game has to be atleast top 5 right??
will the real sweet please stand up? we're gonna have a problem here.
Why not use the sparrow on top of Mad Dogs mansion instead of the police maverick? That also has multiple seats right?!
I'm assuming it's because flying the hydra first is faster (and the police maverick might be faster overall but I'm not really sure)
That is the backup strategy if everything else failed. It's slow and not guaranteed to spawn.
F the strats, POG twitch trophy.
Flyquest v GenG was a month ago. Literally unwatchable now that I know it's a month old... SMH my head...
Hi Twitch
