I have bought the beetles square short nail tips kit and also the modelones gel kit since it was on sale. I cannot wait to use them. My nails are healing after to being damaged from from all the filing down my nail tech did.

Hi Brandi, what would be your favorite glue gel, as I am a beginner and I'm going to get this kit because the one I have either failed me or I failed it; and it didn't come with a gel glue, I just used regular nail glue and woke up the next day with nail tips on the hubby's pillow. 😂😂😂😂

Hey, I do not have a video like that. I use my e file on a low speed and use a light hand to go around the cuticle area to remove any spillage it also helps to thin out the nail tip to give a seamless look. You can also use a hand file around the cuticle area of the nail tip before applying them! Hope that helps 💖
Brandi, for beginners who want to start doing their own nails, would you recommend gel x or would you recommend poly gel? Which one is easier for a beginner in your opinion, please? Thank you! ❤
In my opinion I think either would be great for a beginner. With gel x if you’re using clear nail tips then you would have to keep in mind that you would need to paint them. With polygel you can use colored polygel with dual forms and not have to worry about free hand painting them. I love both and feel a beginner can do either. Practice makes perfect ❤️
