Great use of the space, reminds me of gyms in Italy where they really required thoughtful design due to space constraints, no fluff, just great equipment.
Man, you really optimized your space - max utility for a home space! As knowledgeable & experienced as u are, hope you'll get opportunities to set people up if you'd enjoy that - you'd make a perfect consultant!
It’s really not all that difficult. Get an idea how much space you have do some research and find out what you need and what your goals are but being a gym consultant would be a pretty cool gig.
Definitely need to get a dumbbell rack that’s a huge plus and there are some great deals on Dumbo racks out there both used and on the whole Jim market as far as a single Stack cable tower. Don’t have the space for that right now, but that is a great option.
i have the inspire body lift bl1, you really dont need more except for some cheap plateloaded dumbbells for a few movements like 1 leg squats or put extra weigth on it (up to 200kg/440lbs), its safe, almost like using machines on a professional gym and if its on sale you might get all this stuff for 1000-1200 USD new, thats 1/5th the cost of this monster-gym, but then i dont lift as much as this guy, im not far from maxing out in chest press but if i do that, ill rather start martial arts. ;)
Congrats on your gym. There’s a lot of options out there. You have to go with what works for you and what makes sense for you both budget wise and what your goals are.
Nowhere near 15k Look up the prices for yourself. All my plates are used with a couple exceptions. Flooring is used. You can save a lot of money if you shop around on Facebook marketplace for you stuff good luck.
If you lucky maybe cost to $8000. Congrats on the home gym

Yes, definitely. Small but effective

Love it man, are you considering a single stack cable tower? Might be worth it. Also you a dumbbell rack?
