- Testing BEYBLADE Phantom Orion B:D's stamina. Takara Tomy said it can spin for 7 minutes, but a lot of ppl are saying the actual time is actually 4 to 6 minutes. LETS SEE HOW IT GOES!
This is a very first test we did and we plan on testing Phantom Orion B:D more once we have time, there's always room to improve ;)

I remember this thing. Contrary to popular belief, the reason Phantom Orion B:D spins so long is actually due mostly to the fusion wheel's centrifugal force. All of the weight is distributed on the outside, which has more inertia than the center as a result. This causes the top to continue precessing for longer, as there is much less mass in the center to resist the force of rotation sustained by the outer metal wheel. The bearing drive simply extends the spin duration because it slightly reduces the overall friction between the top and the surface on which it is spinning.

Yep. Weight distribution is one of the biggest contributors to the inertia and spin time. Also orion also has very little air resistance because of its very round shape with no attack points.

Phantom orion is one of the first bey in metal saga to have a free spinning bearing drive. Because of that he is the master of stamia.
I used Prototype Nemesis stadium and used a magnet for Orion's bearing drive been spinning for 5 days

I had to look this up. I finally got back into getting beyblade and Orion was my first one and I got Cetus being second and some burst beyblades. I noticed something strange after battling a bunch with Orion. After the fights, it was spinning like it never even fought yet. Completely stable and everything. Then I tested it with a stopwatch and it when on for 5+ minutes and I thought "that can't be normal". Turns out I somehow find myself with a beyblade with God spinning.
I launched Orion the hardest I’ve ever done with a Light launcher and it spun for 8:12

I decided to randomly test my orion's stamina back when I played beyblades. I hand spun it on a marble/porcelain surface (I don't remember what it was exactly) and it lasted for 5 minutes just like that.
I launched mine before all of you were born. And it is still spinning up to this time. XD

I got 3:55 using a Hasbro rip cord hand launcher in grass.
If you did it in attack mode, it actually has more solo spin than stamina mode, similar to Flash Sagittario. I call "stamina mode" for Phantom Orion defence mode like you do for Flash Sagittario.
i launched mine since the big bang, i tell ya it hasnt reduced stamina one bit, it has spun for years, Years my lad , years!

jordan edwards I used rev-up and it was 10:37,But with string launcher I got 7:12.3

I have a question, my Phantom Orion is a spark FX version and is blue and orange, it only lasts 2 and a half minutes (I used a timer), but launches are on point though (Just using a light launcher) is it because the rev up launcher adds so much speed or is my Beyblade defective? It's from Hasbro btw and came in a 2 pack with Beat Fox, I actually went an ordered a Takara Tomy Phantom Orion as I didn't realize I already had one. I don't think I'm bad at launching as back in the day I won many battles when I was a kid, I'm much older now and obviously I have more strength now than I did at age 10.

1st try: i used Right Spin Light Launcher 2 and got to 5:45-hades gate stadium-no grip
2nd try: i used light launcher 2 right and got to 5:59- red stadium- no grip
3rd try same launcher and got to 6:00-hades gate stadium- no grip
