    Me and my boyfriend of almost 10 years broke up a little over a week ago and I have been spiraling out. Either I'm not eating, or I'm eating junk, I'm basically subsisting on caffeine. I needed to hear this. Especially letting go of the guilt. I just want things to get better, and I think focusing on a healthy lifestyle will help. Thank you for being so positive, I watch your videos to get out of my own head.

      I don’t know if you’re still going through this, but things will get better. I went through something similar a few years ago only I stopped eating completely. It’s okay to be sad, but sometimes you have to give yourself a break and just breathe.

    Yes girl! I hate when I’m eating healthy and my co workers are like are you dieting? NO! I just enjoy this food I’m eating and it’s healthy and it makes me feel good. It keeps my skin clear and doesn’t make me feel like 💩 after 💁🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

    Whit I have to tell you thank you! I needed to hear all of this. I live in Houston Texas and was impacted by Hurricane Harvey. My gym flooded and I've been helping my family to get back to normal after the hurricane and so I wasn't going to the gym or every trying to eat healthy. Thanks for being such an encouragement girl.     I love working out but after my relapse on alcohol and crystal meth I quit eating for so long and lost so much weight and went down to 98lbs. Now clean I'm gaining back all that weight and it feels great and I'm enjoying the journey

    Thankyou Whitney, I really needed this. I've just had 3 weeks off exercise and health in general because I've been so sick (not an excuse lol. I've been on antibiotics lol) but I'm better now, finally.

    Whitney, thank you for this video! You have changed my life. For the first time, in my entire life, I have stuck to a workout routine because of you. This December will mark a full YEAR of consistently working out. With that, this video came at the right time since I have started my 2nd (and last, AND HARDEST) year of graduate school and have kind of fell off the track. Something in my life has to give, since I only have 3 waking hours M-F (after school, internship, and commute) and unfortunately, working out has taken a back seat (it was between that or sleep). I am trying to come up with complete body workouts under 30 min as a result, but this video has definitely helped in the meantime. THANK YOU for changing my life

    ive been working out steadily for the last 11 years, but until 1.5 years ago all i did was cardio 5 days a week and it was getting boring. now i do your weight training workouts 5-6 days and alot of HIIT a week and its reset my love for the gym and fitness so much! love your work!

    Video was posted already 2 years ago but I just found you at the right time.
    More than a year ago I was all in the healthy lifestyle working out eating healthy, but it got at a point where I felt guilt if I didn't workout and have eaten something even if it was healthier (sugar was completely cut out so anytime my mom made pancakes I was like uh no thanks there's sugar in it or no I can't eat chocolate so I completely turned my whole mind upside down) after a while I went on vacation for a month and all the eating healthy and working out cut down and I stopped all of that what I thought was a "healthy lifestyle".
    I understood that feel guilty was so bad that I didn't want to eat yet it IS essential if you want to be healthy and have energy, so I almost got a hang of not to feel guilt..well I'm trying most of the time it's not that easy..but your video gave me motivation I really needed to hear that, no excuses, and especially no guilt

    Your videos have helped me out so much. Thank you for all you have helped me through! As a mother of a 4 year old and a 4 month old things have been difficult with getting the baby weight off and back to my size but healthier lifestyle. My problem is the food and staying with healthy food instead of going and getting fast food. With getting depression cause I've gained more weight since having baby, your meal video's and workouts have gave me so much inspiration! I've now lost 10lbs since I started! Went off the track and then this video pops up on my phone! BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO ME!!!!💜💜

    Whitney! I started my healthy lifestyle about 2 weeks ago, you were my inspiration to get going. I really needed this video today! I need to work on guilt because I know I'll never be perfect even though I feel like I can be. And, I need to make small changes over time! It took you 4 years to get where you are!!! I ended up joining a group of a podcast I follow and it's the only reason I go on fb anymore haha!     Great video ❤ My motivation has been stuck in the mud for a while so it was wonderful to hear that it's okay when that happens. It is soooo easy to compare myself to others and be discouraged when I don't measure up to their lifestyles - but, taking a step back, and thinking of where I was a year ago I KNOW that those seemingly insignificant, super teeny-tiny habit changes I made have pushed me in a better and healthier direction 🌟 Love your channel.     Thank you for this Whit ❤️ 2 months ago I had to get foot surgery because I was dealing with a lot of pain. It was a major surgery. I've been off of work & I had to completely stop working out which really bummed me out. I kept blaming myself for the surgery, telling myself I shouldn't have done it because my surgery stopped what used to be amazing progress. I was very happy with where I was before my surgery & now it's thrown all away. Your first tip of letting go really helped me think differently about the situation. Thank you. Even thought I can't workout my legs, my arms are definitely progressing. I love you 💗

    Tip 7: Watch whit. Seriously. My biggest motivation to get back into it. I'm a mother of an almost 1 year old boy, full time student, and I work 40+ hours a week. If I can go to the gym 5 days a week everyone can. I love you whit!

As a personal trainer I'm constantly having to combat the information my clients find on TH-cam that promote this diet over here and that trend over there etc. etc. Very refreshing to find a TH-camr that doesn't preach extremes! Thank you for putting out content that can reinforce what I'm trying to instill in my clients not contradictory information about fads and extreme diets just to get views. 🙏🏼

    My best tip is to write it down! Keep a track of all the foods you eat. I log my food using weight watchers points but any tracking app or just a journal will help ;)
