That crowd was not as hype as I would have been! And I'm from South Carolina! I would have lost my mind during this reunion! All these brothers were differently dope! Young Chris is the most underrated hip-hop artist of all-times for me. This was legendary and should have had a crowd that appreciated it!
The sound man was fuggin up the audio. Bad. It was a kinda gloomy day...and Philly shootings kept the numbers down.
Yeah and the real Philly don't come out to stuff like that ...that's for the tourist
Just to see the whole State Property together had me geeked up . I mean this visual is so deep and personal . Just to see people all together is different and humbling human for us all .
I was in college from 2000-2005 and State prop/Roc was a huge part of that era not to mentions Beans is on my top 5. This is beautiful🔥💯

@@Flock88 nope it was … it went to far with the cam situation. The def jam thing was already post to happen. When dame made cam vp of Roc while jay was away. It hit jay the wrong way. He really was cool with dipset joining. However dame just thought he could do what he wanted. When he left and went to def jam Jay gave them a choice who to roll with. Cam of course rolled with dame because he helped him out of a bad contract.. this all brought on the the black album as well, which jay was to retire. But we all know what happened after that…. The album kingdom came out , letting it all out and stamping himself as the savior of hiphop. Lost ones let you know. MF’s saying the made HOV, ok make another HOV!
This was a good look for the city. Philly is still the home of the nicest spitters!!!!

State Property was a major part of my life… I mean I knew both albums volume 1 & 2, all the solo albums for each member and all the mix tapes they released when the group when separate ways back in the early 2000’s when Jay and Dame was beefing .. it broke my heart when they never made any more music together… I’m so happy to see this… it’s been 20 years… smh so sad what happened

This set is more for an indoor venue with all the focus on them. A festival has too many distractions.
The spot on the waterfron, where they had it for years was much better. The audio was better. And that soundman, not the DJ...needed to be fired.
