I think it's worth mentioning that Tag: The Power Of Paint was the student project that served as the inspiration for Portal 2, just as Narbacular Drop did the same for the first Portal game.
it's not only that but there's a portal mod also called tag when you do the same thing, only its in a facility and doesn't look like the inside of a sketch book.
Based choices. HoloCure is amazing game. You don't need to be a Hololive Vtuber fans to enjoy this game. It is amazingly fun to play as it is, and explore those 38 differrent characters with different weapons & abilities.
Yeah I second this. V-Tuber fan or not its just a very well made game. And it even helps with run fatigue via the House and characters feeling the same after a lot of progress due to unique weapons and skills. Vampire Survivors is still great but man that game gets repetitive once you've progressed enough.
One I would add to the list is Disfigure; a top-down, roguelite bullet hell/be-the-bullet-hell kind of game. It is the only game I've played that gave me a power complex, yet spooked me at the same time. (I'm sure there are more like that, just haven't played em.) Overall, a good list of games to check out.
Side note about the Looker: it’s a parody of the fantastic game “The Witness” and honestly, the looker is so funny, with the final twist being incredible. Just a great experience, but I do recommend playing the Witness first, as the Looker makes lots of jokes and references
if you like Tag The Power of Paint i would highly recommend Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative aswell, it might be around 5 dollars but it's well worth it.
Fun fact about Tag: The Power of Paint The game did SO well that Valve hired them to help them create puzzles revolving around their concept for the gels in Portal 2
I went on ahead and added all these games to my library to try. I'll also go on ahead and subscribe for the next time you upload free overwhelming positively reviewed games
OpenTTD is amazing despite it's very dated graphics. I've played it off and on since it came out. If you like Logistical business sims and aren't a graphics snob you'll love it.
Holocure is a rlly awesome game! It's replayability, choice of in game buffs and characters are more than enough to compete with Vampire Survival, and it's free!
if you enjoyed cats in paris or whatever its called, theres a game called "100 hidden frogs" edit: i just saw that there are 5 other games: "cats hidden in georgia" (not out yet ) "cats hidden around the world" (not out yet) "cats hidden in maple hollow" (not out yet) "cats hidden in bali" "cats hidden in italy" theres also a bonus level for cats in paris the games cost $0.99 each, meaning the franchise with all games (that are CURRENTLY out!) priced at $2.97
the best free2play game on steam currently is: MOONRING, a classic rpg game and it's so fucking good it makes me sad that creators don't get any money out of it. everyone should know this game
@@infiniteraide1642 Maybe not bad but not good either. Like in not worth my time. Sure there are good free games but they always are free for a limited time or they have micro transactions or something similar to make money. Name one game in this vid you would pay say $20 for
You should place the game title somewhere, like in the corner, so people don't need to rewind the video just to see the title again in case they forget it.
I avoid Holocure at first because hololive fans is quite a fanatic, they will give 10/10 to anything related to hololive. so the overwhelming rating is basically like an election result of a ruling party in dictatorship country. But the game is suprisingly good, it's in par with vampire survivor in my opinion. But still out of all the game in this video, I love OpenTTD the most.
Bit weird that you didnt mention all the slavery of people in openTTD, forcibly taking them onto trains and transport them across the entire country to make a lot of cash. But i quess fair enough
3:24 I played bloody hell before, but while progressing, I found that god had a physical shape and the final secret boss was him, I uninstalled because I'm Muslim. its a shame though because it seemed really fun and challenging
God I hate it when people say Nukular. The word is Nuclear. Look, you are adding an extra U that isn't in the word. Jesus christ you said it wrong like 6 times.

Another free game you should check out--if you haven't already--is 'Transcendence'. th-cam.com/video/zDjIXtsCJ5s/w-d-xo.html
Surprised you had super tux but not super tux kart. Oh wait, that's not on steam.
I think it's worth mentioning that Tag: The Power Of Paint was the student project that served as the inspiration for Portal 2, just as Narbacular Drop did the same for the first Portal game.
I thought it seemed pretty familiar
I was wondering that. Hot damn, very awesome.
it's not only that but there's a portal mod also called tag when you do the same thing, only its in a facility and doesn't look like the inside of a sketch book.
Valve actually hired them. They helped build the test chamber concepts.
@@starrybook so was Tag the power of paint the first project they did, then they got hired, and then they built the mod?
0:49 Holy crap that's my review!
Btw great video man, i'm definitively gonna check out some of these games

The Looker is so obviously taking the piss on The Witness I'd have played it even if it wasn't OP. Thanks for the recc!
if you like Tag The Power of Paint i would highly recommend Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative aswell, it might be around 5 dollars but it's well worth it.
"You have to successfully complete the mission to prevent nuclear catastrophe.. Next up is the looker :D"
Fun fact about Tag: The Power of Paint
The game did SO well that Valve hired them to help them create puzzles revolving around their concept for the gels in Portal 2
Oh cool I didn't actually know that! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for uploading this. I loved the games from the first part

and there sill adding stuff to the game
at this rate, it will soon become holo-stardew cure
Plus, unlike VS, HC:StF! is technically a twin-stick shooter, giving more control of your auto-attacks.
Shadow and DYO seem like real gems here.
EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! I see you are almost at 6K subs
How could you mention The Looker without mentioning that it's a parody of The Witness.
Idea for next video :
*Top 10 games that you could grab for free in last year*
How do you not have more subscribers? Just subbed.
Next part should add Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt :)
He added Openttd! :D
(Just as addictive as factorio without the $50 cost)
You bet! Seen your comment on the last video so I added it to this one!
@@Get_To_It thanks man

I've actually played Jaded, and OH BOY IS THE SPEEDRUN POTEINTIAL HIGH.

fixed it, thanks@@UncleChrist
Thank you for your service.

Can you do the best coop game?
Thank you! :-)
I highly recommend Bomb Rush Cyberfunk and Hi-Fi Rush, both are my favorite new games of 2023
Neither of which are free to play.
@@f4ttie So true but also so much better than this free 💩
I was curious because of the title but I rather pay some money instead of waste my time

Hi, can you do one of free stem games for Mac
Fun Fact About Bloody Hell:
It is made by 3 students from Netherlands
When you start to notice (Brand) Gaming Cults and Homebrew Flooding
Tag reminds me of the portal 2 blue and orange gel
Where's the game "Our Life beginnings and always"?
I'm surprised DDLC didn't make the list
ty i subbed
tag the power of paint: so the green ones is the repulsion gel ftom portal 2 and the red one is the adhion gel from portal 2
Arrow a Row is a really nice f2p game
You should have more subs 😢
Fun fact! The Looker is actually a parody of another puzzle game called The Seeker! I think thats the name?
Nope, it's a parody of The Witness
Man where is warframe? By far the best free game
You should place the game title somewhere, like in the corner, so people don't need to rewind the video just to see the title again in case they forget it.
I was thinking that but at they least they have a pinned comment that does the same thing
That’s not a bad idea, I might have to do that in future videos. Thanks for the suggestion!

A blatant portal ripoff nice..
sould be cool if you made a list of actual good games and no this random weird games that people more likely give tons of good rate just for memes
