Link's bomb is OP. By confirming that it can eliminate the angry sun, maybe there'll be a crazy kaizo level in the future involving this mechanic.

I feel cheated: He confirmed that Link's shield can deflect Magi Koopa magic, yet it merely blocked it. Deflecting would require sending the magic back at the Magi Koppa.

@@royraven2088 My apologies, I should have looked at what I said, let me correct what I said: Deflecting sends the attack in a different direction than the direction the attack was going. Since this was in a 2D platformer, that means the attack only had a few different directions for it to go. Instead, it was STOPPED in it's tracks by the shield, meaning it was BLOCKED.
Edit: Finger slipped, comment made early xD Yes, reflecting would send it back, but deflecting is not stopping it. It's easier to remember deflecting to be closer to parrying than it is to blocking, but reflecting is when the specific direction the attack is sent is back toward where it came from.

1:00 this would be a cool stage mechanic where you have to remove a few segments of the pokey to pass

When the one at 2:00 shows up about the fish bones being stopping when you duck, I actually thought it worked because Nintendo added it in NSMBW.
I really enjoyed the fishbones crouching one as the reason why this myth would exist is that, in NSMBW, fishbones truly don’t see you and stop their attack when you crouch

Myth: Links downward sword is faster than groundpound.

Myth: In the 3D World theme, Pokeys can go into clear pipes as long as they're two blocks tall.

Hey Smashy, I found a glitch, you can push a goomba into a crate in the 3D world style by having 2 goombas, both with one square of open space above their heads and then put a crate next to one of the goombas, with nothing else next to the crate(on the sides) then put a donut block above the goomba with the crate next to it, make the donut fall, and after a few tries it will push the goomba into the crate
Hey, I don’t know if you have showed this, but in 3D World, a player with a star can share the power with another player by grabbing him, or a player without a star can also get the power by grabbing someone with a superstar

In Super Mario World, you can defeat Dry Bones while he is trying to revive himself if you have a cape but in Super Mario Maker 2, you can't

In the night ground theme, many course parts change behavior slightly. Link's bombs grow legs and walk around a bit before exploding.

@@HighVanillaSky I really have to admire that amount of detail Nintendo put into the Master Sword.
They could have easily put it in without that detail and no one would care, but they decided to go the extra mile and consider how his bombs could work in the night ground and program it in.
Nintendo hasn't done much of this detail work I've always admired for this game, but this new power-up is a good sign for the future.

@@HighVanillaSky There are dozens of items I want to see in SMM2. The Ice Flower is definitely near the top of my list. (though it may be kind of buggy in certain situations).
I'm surprised they made it that pokey size does effect weight, but they forgot to make it so enemies stacked on top of spike have weight

Don't the Fish Bones not pursue you if you duck before they would detect you, or am I remembering that wrong? Either way, you tested something different (ducking after they've already detected you).

acceleration speed does not mean max speed
they do have the same speed, if the cloud was faster, then it would go further, but it didnt, the clown car did keep its speed, so they have same speed
