Metal is the closest thing to classical/orchestral music we have today (besides actual orchestral music). Out of all the other modern contemporary music, in rock and metal a lot of effort is put in instrumentation, structure and progression.
MichaelZu it's the notes system plays and sings dude it sounds nothing like Futurama it's an orchestra version people so dumb can't even understand that
I absolutely love this metal covers and all the effort you people put in making this available to a wide audience to experience, kudos. Of all the arrangements I've listened to of this song, I like yours the most. Too bad you didn't make more of these works.
*If you like this, you'll get a kick in the nuts listening to Shiro Sagisu's compositions. In fact, this channel's so awesome, I'm inclined to subscribe.*
I love this song, not because it's truly original which honestly I don't think it necessarily is, but rather because it sounds like a lost track from Batman mask of the Phantasm or something. Really feeling the spirit of Shirley Walker in this
Similarly, Alice in Chains. Cantrell wrote and composed most of the music. Layne sang most of them. Not to discredit either of them for their talents, of course.
I think that Chop Suey!, even though it's an awesome song, is very overused, and you could've played anothet SOAD song, like Soldier Side, or ATWA, who I think would be great in an orchestra.
These guys have figured out, that A LOT of metalheads love classical/orchestral music as well
Tomas Minutka I know right, I’ve been binging on these videos.
Because a good music is a good music.

Yeah i only listen to this along with folk
No doubt about it.
This sounds like the soundtrack to the most dramatic Christmas action/chase scene ever! Well done.
Whatever Christmas movie has this in the soundtrack I will adore.
I think about Home alone when I hear it
@@fernandodtumburus I was gonna say the same thing. Dropping paint cans on peoples heads has never been more epic.
Yeah, who pissed off Santa?
Santa fights the Grinch.
This is what I LOVE about classical music and heavy metal: they're so interchangeable and they blend so well!
Metal is the classical music of now :)
The chorus is by far my favorite part of this recording. Well done!
Toxicity the musical. Staring Lin-Manuel Miranda as Serj Tankian.
Rocked love ur channel dude
And Amir Talai as Daron Malakian.
Uhhhhm starring Serj Tankian as Serj Tankian
After that ending I spontaneously stood and applauded
This is awesome, sounds like a boss fight :D
It's the kid from Aerials who summons the soldiers from BYOB
Violin parts are just... Wow.
Can't believe you guys managed doing that in an orchestra version it's so hard and sounds awesomely insane! I'm blown away!
I have never headbanged to an orchestral arrangement so hard in my life.
You should listen to "Mars, Bringer of War" from Gustav Holst's _The Planets_
sounds like a christmas version of Chop Suey
Good idea now I'm gonna play this to my family this Christmas
Ikr
This Christmas song is dope.
why is no one making a original orchestra music like this
...well,... they are, right?
He meant original orchestal pieces like this I think
It sounds brilliant btw... the dynamics and the orechestration is just astonishing
Listen to Chaostar or some composers like Hans Zimmer, the orchestral scores of Nightwish and Symphonic Rock/Metal bands.
Because that music is boring for orchestras. They just dont play songs that are so monotonic
Sounds like a soundtrack for a 90's Action Thriller Christmas movie.
It sounds to me like a spin-off from the Futurama theme song..
too much orchestra chimes
lol xD
MichaelZu not really
GENIUS!!!!!
MichaelZu it's the notes system plays and sings dude it sounds nothing like Futurama it's an orchestra version people so dumb can't even understand that

Pretty cool, however I think "Aerials" would have been a better choice for an orchestral arrengement.
I was just thinking how cool that would sound done by these guys.
Guess what, another orchestra did it
this made me less anxious today. thank you
The first time Facebook suggested something really good. Enjoying it.
This is the soundtrack to the Christmas themed horror movie nobody's seen before.
Perfection at its finest
Без лишних слов)) ПРОСТО БРАВО!!!
I was thinking this would be a load of crap,
surprisingly its pretty damn good representation
3:14 to end, best part in the original and this, I think a lot of people would agree with that.
This is so good. You really scratched my Shirley Walker itch with this recording. Miss her!
The take home on this is hip hop AF. Crazy.
No matter how much love chop suey and this version, I still think the orchestra version of schism by Tool is so much more musical
Oooh this is epic!!
Simply beautiful.

Wait I've heard that name before. Is he the guy that composed Evangelion's OST?

i love the way they replace the lyrics with other instruments

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this song, not because it's truly original which honestly I don't think it necessarily is, but rather because it sounds like a lost track from Batman mask of the Phantasm or something. Really feeling the spirit of Shirley Walker in this
Santa, into your hands I commend my spirit
Santa, into your hands
Why have you forsaken me?
In your eyes forsaken me
This is perfection
Thanks Serj
킬러외계 For what? Daron wrote this song, almost all of the songs too.
But Serj Singing
Being credited with authorship is one thing, but having a band to support your ideas, improve on them and enhance them, that's another thing entirely.
Similarly, Alice in Chains. Cantrell wrote and composed most of the music. Layne sang most of them. Not to discredit either of them for their talents, of course.
in fact, it was shavo, daron and serj q who created it.
Beautiful!
I think that Chop Suey!, even though it's an awesome song, is very overused, and you could've played anothet SOAD song, like Soldier Side, or ATWA, who I think would be great in an orchestra.
They say they will play Toxicity next, though.
Soldier Side would be incredible! Or even Aerials
Holy Mountains is still my favorite!
Red Cola or aerials, I love that song
Science for days
queeeeee magnífico!!!
Amazing!
I feel like this would fit so well in a Quentin Tarantino movie
Goosebumps
I can't believe they didn't do something like that with "streamline" yet.
This would be pretty awesome boss music. ^_^
it's like an awesome movie theme music.
Serj tankian would approve
Superb 👏👏👏
Like an old Tomb Raider combat music :D
Ah two of my favourite things, SOAD and Tomb Raider.
needs more WAKE UP!

Clap (10x) bravo!!
Be me, 2001. Gets the Toxicity Album for Christmas, First melody I hear mentally after taking the wrapping off the CD case:
I love the song
I found this to be extremely moving.
Pretty damn good! Though the dynamics at some points aren't where they should be, still amazing!
la parte final me enamoro
Why do I have Mr. Freeze from Batman: the Animated Series stuck in my head when I hear this rendition of Chop Suey?
Amazing
F@ck I love the arrangement!!!!!!!!
this should be one of the background song of Prometheus movie when the ship lands or Alien Covenant !
Good im impresive .
sounds like james bond OST!
Jānis Vasarietis Exactly what I felt from this. Epic
thank you so much
love it
This would make an awesome music for a final battle in a JRPG
3:14 and on sounds great. The drum set was overpowered by the band.
Que hermosa musica
2:42 sound like angklung from bandung west java indonesia
i love it!!!))
Awesome
Beautiful, but the bass line and snares need to be more prominent. Still incredible job!
thumbs up! 💓💓💓
Great 🤘
Spooky Christmas soundtrack.
wow lloré

Why the fuck do I cry....
Wow !!!!!!
I could easily see this staying a percussion piece.
