Some chapters have honor and dont purge the innocents like the inquisition as the Space Wolves protected the surviving population of Armageddon that survived the First War of Armaggeddon because the Inquisition wanted to cleanse the entire planet as the one was attacked by the Daemons of the Daemon Primarch Angron. That event of the Space Wolves against the Inquisition is called "Months of Shame".

@@theseknotsu9619 Kinda off, happened a small conflict and the chapter master of the Space Wolves pratically teleported to the Inquisitor main ship, killing almost everyone, so to resolve the conflict, the guys in the inquisitor side killed the inquisitor in charge and a pact was signed to never a Inquisition ship approach Fenris.
