speeding 9am rusher on my street, speeds up to get around me close to car 5 8 2024 845am Wednesday

Before I turned on recording a white honda 4 door newer model passed the vehicle, stopped and checked around her car. She was Filipino wearing black scrubs heavy set. This was at 840am before turning on camera. She must have saw my video or else she thought the mirror fragments were on the road. Anyhow, I stay close to my vehicle and as I am checking the video an SUV goes by and a black honda with a middle aged 30 ish hispanic blonde drives by faster than the red SUV. This street has so many aholes like the black honda drive down it really fast and show their home country has a higher hit and run rate and lower gun crime rate, more missing people, because they hit them and kill them with their vehicles, then tell onlookers they are taking them to the hospital and dump them in the streets or woods. Had this happen to me back in 1999 in Fontana, hit crossing street, she convinced me to get in to her vehicle, then instead of taking me to the hospital that she works at, she took me to her house and I had one of the first cell phones back then that was prepaid with my first job at Taco Bell and the minutes cost like 500 minutes for $45 or something like that, something ridiculous that you never got the minutes d/t surcharges and ended up spending $45-$80 for 10 minutes of actual talk time. Called a family member and they picked me up. I could walk and was fine, but if I wasn't it was a different time similar to those back woods countries we get illegal immigrants from.
