I prefer Temporal on him, since he has so many moves it takes quite a lot of HT, and temporal slow also help to hit Eidolon Tears

The combo to use is:
-Overdrive (if possible)
-Silhouette Slashes
-Imminent Blink
-Atomic: Sword
Not sure if those are the correct words lmfao, but just find the closest skills to what I said.
Edit: btw, if you're just doing PVE, I recommend changing the keybinds for those 3 skills I mentioned, for me, I kept Silhouette slashes on E, Imminent Blink on T, and Atomic: Sword on Y. It's quite annoying to have to hold them down.
