    This is the best kind of video that a beginner can find. Not overwhelming, with slow tempo, left hand pattern with not so many notes and endless possibilities for right hand improvisation to make beautiful melodies (even by accident :D ).I wish I came across such videos many years ago when I started playing… :)
    I really like the quality of your content and it helps me a lot in creating my own youtube piano lessons. I hope one day to grow my channel to your level :)

    The last time I was at a piano store, the salesman thought I was playing a piece by Scarlatti. Have done some music arrangement reworking pieces for other instruments. Improv is something a lot of students wouldn't normally do because we have a teacher and learn to read other's music note for note. Not many people are comfortable playing in front of others. Being able to improv allows people to do just that.

    Another great lesson from you. It gives us newbies a shot of enthusiasm to practice everyday and sound a lot more advanced then we are. The non players have no idea how relatively simple this is.

    I've always felt that Mozart was the master of simplicity and could make a single note hang in the air, leaving you breathless. Your "Single long Note" technique reminded me of that. Thank you for sharing.

    I discovered your site this morning when I needed help playing piano using chords. Your teaching method fits my learning style so perfectly! I've spent most of the day watching your various videos and bouncing back and forth from my computer to my piano to practice what you were showing your viewers. It has been one of my happiest days ever at piano! (I'm the 70-year-old that has no gift.) This video is the last I watched today. It may be the only way I play again!     Thanks, Jazer This is great for someone who wants to practice listening. Just hitting the right keys does not necessarily make music. To improvise, even this simply, one needs to listen to make it music. Excellent.
