Thanks for the explanation video! One thing I'm still a little unclear on is if opponents can auto-target you if you're without the auto-lock feature turned on. If they can't, this would make Zoaroark a ranged character's nightmare!

you cant transform into farm/objectives, only other players (the substitute in practice areas are considered players)

1:08 if u notice the enemy hit doesn't get through, it means u can dodge enemy attack while in the transfomation frame just like when pokemon in evolving animation, although it's really tight & cant really warrant free CC immunity

This is good trick to dodge enemies moves Zoroak becomes invincible for a few miliseconds it's very useful

This can be useful in team fights especially if your team has squishy Pokemons like decidueye, pikachu usually the main target of the opposing team.. But one thing should be changed is that it does not lose its illusion when it attacks. It should lose it only by getting attacked by opposing Pokemon and getting his health lowered up to a certain amount.. That could be more convenient.

I agree, it's like Neeko from league. Neeko will shapeshift into a chosen ally champion and you can do basic attacks. The illusion breaks as soon as your use an ability though

I’m also pretty sure it can be used to walk through enemy slow zone without the slow debut and has I frames the second u transform to dodge unite moves! This video is actually so helpful Ty.
I could see myself running X Speed Zoroark just to decieve enemies into thinking I'm using their speed zone, Regardless on how it affects me the item ignores any speed debuffs befor it applies the boost

there's also another thing: if you'll transform into a wild pokemon (or a substitute), your icon on the minimap will not show even if you're close to an enemy pokemon, their goal, and maybe perhaps sableye's wards)! 😳

i think the lock still have zoroark must be fixed. what's the point if player can still recognize zoroark illussion from that system?
Aside from the detection of hidden enemies, I think the other thing to keep in mind is if you show up on the Minimap as an ally to the opposing team. This will be crucial in determining whether this ability will be useful or not. Not sure about ya'll, but I am checking my minimap constantly, even in team fights to see where people are. Also, I think most people don't actually read the names of their teammates unless they are doing something rage inducing like AFK or farm stealing or just being awful in general. If you play well or just ok then I find myself not even knowing teammates names until after the match.
Another fun speedster-mon, this is clear what they say "My teammates also my enemies" thingiss!

Illusion sounds great but only time I see it being useful is during solo q. If it’s 5 stack and they are communicating then it will do nothing to use illusion

Another tip is that you can avoid damage if u time perfectly the ilusion and when u recive de damage

illusion sounds like somehting that can be good at low levels but good players will easily spot an illusion zoroark since an out of place farm can easily be made out to be a zoroark, and if ur in a VC its easy to account for who is where and easily pinpoint that that is a zoroark. I doubt this ability is gonna be good at all esp if u know waht ur doing
Zoroark illusion is so useful.
One thing I’ve noticed now that it’s released is that it’s actually invincible during the transformation into another Pokémon, making it amazing for dodging things like ults like greninjas or nine tales

Decidueye will make it very easy to tell where Zoroark is unfortunately if being hit once removes the illusion
Another thing about illusion is that it can't copy the level of the copied pokemon
So if ya keep a good check on the levels of yer and opposing team you'll be able to detect illusion easily

Useless. Lock on still displays the zoroark. Also you still get slowed down when in enemy territory going through their lanes. Really cool idea with absolutely awful execution and its sad that the frist spy pokemon is horribly made in unite since it will be way too easy to spot the zorua and zoroark. They need to make the zorua and zoroark completely look like the enemy side with no way to tell whatsoever if it uses illusion and no way to lock on really if they want this ability to have use at all.

They should give the option to transform into any pokemon and illusion should be canelled while scoring

Illusion will be useful during objectives and Rayauaza fight, you can transform into an enemy from back and they will think it's their teammate, then when the objective has low HP, use Unite move and steal it or damage the whole team
he change to closes enemy. so 99% of the time, you will always see double enemy pokemon. i dont think enemy will casually attack objective if they have double teammate. so this won't work. but if you mean "hide first until objective has low health", isnt every pokemon can do that?
