Thanks for popping into punta prima, our new holiday home place, but wil be exploring all along, la zenia, Playa Flamenca etc maybe see you for a beer soon
Best restaurants ranvir classic Asia kitchen. Marco Polo very Nice pub with every day live music and the brigde for party Friday and Saturday night till late. Favorite strip in area!!
Do you guys remember the sun rise bars that used to be dotted along the beach , we used to have a drink there in the one at punta prima and people with dogs used to love them because they could relax and have a drink with dog , great music in the afternoons , great atmosphere , shame there gone , i loved them
across the street is a MCDonalds and behind that MCDonalds they tore down a Motel/Casino and a Car Rental to make space for (according to rumours) a shopping mall and/or restaurants. I can't find any information online though. Have you heared about this?
Hopefully you can help us.. it seems like the streets could be a walking dead episode with no one around, anywhere.. My missus and I like to sit at a pub and people watch .. or at an Irish in the evening listening to fields of athenry while everyone joins in.. Is this not possible in the wintertime anywhere in the area?.. We’re used to the Tenerife atmosphere.. as you might be able to tell 😆 Thank you in advance for any advice on the matter! 😊
@@trut52 very true. But as we’re planning on moving mainland as Tenerife is not possible.. all we’ve heard is “can’t find anyone below the age of 65” and no beachclubs with some nice summer house music”.. so we’re kinda worried it will be completely dead all winter. I don’t mind not having the house music but i do enjoy the good Irish pubs and peoplewatching.. it just seems pointless if there are no people to watch!.. 😅 Thanks though
Look at Barry’s previous video it is winter time now so it is not crowded at al and sitting on a terras looking at a lot of crowd is difficult but much better then sitting in a dark bar with rain and 4 degrees and prizes in mainland Spain are much lesser then Europe and UK and even Canary Islands!
@@jeroendehass7939 not entirely sure if you meant previous as that is the foggy one with walking dead atmosphere 😅 But maybe as English is my second language I’m not explaining it as I want to 😆 I’m just worried and want the move to go to the perfect location.. I’ll be flying down again soon and rent a car around the south of the coast as I’m sure of the location just not pinpointed the exact spot yet. Have a great happy new year all!
@@norgetilspania there are places like that here, it’s not completely dead. Another video coming out shortly which will hopefully show you places with a bit more life at this time of year.

I looked at those new builds last summer they were all snapped up off plans and cheapest one with no proper view was €400k
That's cheap
