- THE TUTORIAL VIDEO IS HERE!! I've tried sharing my knowledge in this video the best I can, and I hope it helps you animate! This took me weeks to finish because I'm really bad at explaining things, but I'm glad it's done. I hope this tutorial can help others who want to animate ponies for the first time using Blender!

Wow, I'm in no animator (3D or 2D), but I always had the thought that 3D animation is way easier than 2D, now I see that's not really like that, both seem like a pain to do, keep the good work!

With this knowledge, maybe I'd be able to 3D animate my first animatic if I wanted to.

Personally I start with the lip-syncing. It is easier to do so when the body isn't moving around. Then I move the body, then go back and adjust the facial expressions based on from which angle the face is viewed from.
I was able to make the characters appear in blender, they were beautiful!! Although sadly the colors of the characters were lost and all were completely purple, it is still not something that cannot be fixed, it is just to repaint them with their corresponding colors and that's it, it is much easier than making them from scratch so thank you very much!! ❤❤❤
there is an option to find the missing textures. You can go to File, then External Data, and select Find Missing Files. Go to Sunny (any kind of model) folder and click the texture folder.

I mean it probably wouldn't TOO difficult to import a few of the G4 ponies into the G5 models. They already had one for Twilight, so its not a far stretch for the others.

I just opened the sunny IK model and there's no textures is there a way around this?
I forgot to mention that there is an option to find the missing textures. You can go to File, then External Data, and select Find Missing Files. Go to Sunny folder and click the texture folder.

and also, i tried opening Argyle and Hitch's files and Misty and Opaline's IK files but blender kept closing when i tried opening their files...

How do you import the models in blender?
Append, select the model and click collection and select the model name.
