Eazy was the one who really kick started rappers making mixtapes dedicated to dissing their enemies with that "It's On" joint. His impact is slept on for sure!
I’m 39 years old, Eazy is my original favorite rapper. I started listening to him in 93 and have tried to follow everything he’s done since then. U had some cool little gems in this documentary that I had never heard before, so that was pretty cool. Well done. I wonder about a few things tho, for one, Ren always stayed with Eazy too, not just Yella, and I’m curious where u got the info about Pac almost signing to Ruthless? I am curious about that part because BONE has done interviews saying Eazy specifically told them NOT to get involved in the beef. So it’s seems weird he would want Pac to get involved in the beef
It’s a pretty deep story but it’s true. I’m a die hard Pac fan. I also grew up and actually had all NWA’s albums from the jump and followed all the break up and the solo careers to this day I’m a gangster rap/ hip hop head and a lot of all this stuff is way more tied together than any of these TH-cam channels have done on their videos. Shit I even loved and had digital underground’s first album and pac is even include on the cassette insert and so. Anyway cheers and good to see others still love E !
Man !!!!!!! Imagine if Pac would've been on Ruthless. I wonder would he have been able to bang with them heavy weights so early in his career or would he have been mopped up lol. I wish I could see it in a alternate universe lol

The problem with most artist is they think everything in the music industry is free all that room service, merchandise, tour props, etc, not to mention all the useless shit they buy like jewelry 30 cars 10 houses they don't need and wonder why they are broke at the end of their contract average musicians make 75 cents every record sold AND they don't understand that record companies DO NOT finance tours they only help promote them to future artist just remember that big advance they give u upon signing the contract you have to sign off on it as a loan which means yes you have to pay it back that advance is only to pay for studio time and yes it absolutely states that in your contract it's funny that after ice cube crying about how much ruthless paid him he turned around and did the same shit to his artist cos he finally understood how the record biz actually works
That Eazy E diss album “ It’s On Dre “ is a underrated classic that don’t get talked about enough
Eazy was the one who really kick started rappers making mixtapes dedicated to dissing their enemies with that "It's On" joint. His impact is slept on for sure!
@@JohnAnthonyHD Facts , dude was a genius. E wasn’t the best rapper, but his distinctive voice and delivery made up for it and he just didn’t give af
Its On Muhthafuhkah
@@JohnAnthonyHD Facts
Absolutely. Definitely one of the best diss records in my opinion
I'm not going lie this a eazy e fan video lol😂 and I'm eazy fan
JohnanthonyHD,nice work
Great work!! "Dre day only make Easy payday" and now look at Deathrow.
You are right about this 💯 facts
I would love to get that Temporary Insanity Album!!! I know its dope!!!
that shit is never releasing
Awesome breakdown. New sub here 👊
I’m 39 years old, Eazy is my original favorite rapper.
Pac talked to E prior to all the things that he had went through.
You guys are all right!!! 2 pac actually loved Eazy, he had no personal problems with Eric Wright!!@
@@casper5675 hell yeah bro 🍻
Man !!!!!!! Imagine if Pac would've been on Ruthless. I wonder would he have been able to bang with them heavy weights so early in his career or would he have been mopped up lol.
I wish I could see it in a alternate universe lol
Much love for you Brother for that Video and that bo2 Zombie Sound 👐🏻 dope
bro is that the cod zombie menu in the background?? W
John, this is one of, if not, the best documentary of your channel.
Keep being the best on hip hop documentaries. 😊
BTW, F Quake and DiverseMentality!
JohnAnthonyHD is NUMBER ONE!
Why is the call of duty zombies lobby song on in the background😂😂😂😂
I'm a big '90s West Coast Hip-Hop (especially G-Funk) and I have to say that your research is fantastic! Great job!
Kefee Dee said in a interview that I keep telling you that the beef between Eazy and suge wasn’t real because the Crips would had never have went for that
That was such a great video.
Ez was a real deal. He's like that one friend that will never leave you even if the odds are against you.
Great documentary! 🔥🔥🔥
Listening to this at work, mad props you did alot of research! 🔥
Need to talk about y'all own culture.. That's all evil🐷
I like how you put your videos together great work
You forgot to mention that there was a falling out with The DOC on Helter Skelter since those songs were written by him, when shit hit the fan, The DOC took all the stems and masters and released Helter Skelter himself
Cube and Dre was supposed to do the Helter Skelter album.
He was to invested in easy e he was hanging off his nuts way too much noone was even messing wit eazy like that
@@tyroneaugustine229 lol yea thats the one DOC took the masters and released it himself, go listen to DOCs album Helter Skelter, all that couldve been Cube and Dre
They had stems back then ? Lol
this was great breakdown
In the 90's the West Coast was like the second Wild West. Those streets were crazy back then. Everyone had to carry, even if you didn't gang bang, or have any affiliation to gangs. A different mindset, a different atmosphere!
Amazing work on this doc! I watched straight outta Compton after this haven't seen it Ina while and I never realized how bad they made eazy look. It was infuriating
The white sox hat part was directed towards ice cube not Easy- E
I love💜 love💜 love💜 your channel!!! and you can truly see your hard work, and dedication doing your research keep up the good work!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🅿️💯‼️😎👍🏾👍🏾
Eazy had real gangsters in the video
Great break down on this video. Love your channel
Can You Do
Boogie Down Productions vs Juice Crew
Bro are you using black
Ops zombie background music ? 😂
Much better than YOUR TRASH !!
Awesome video bro!! This coming from a guy who listens to metal at that, I grew up on NWA and Eazy though so I had to check out the video, awesome job.
Dre and Snoop was talkin bout Cube on Dre Day. Gotbmy chrome to the side of his White Sox hat then Snoop said you tryin to Check my homie you best "Check yourself" kuz when you diss Dre you diss yourself.
Yep and they mentioned Temple because he was Muslim at the time
Great documentary. I appreciate all of the time and effort that you put into this video, and was interested to hear detailed breakdowns of Eazy-E content, some of which I didn't really know about before. As a side note, it took me way too long to recognize the Call of Duty Zombies background music, but I was lucky enough to at least catch it before the video ended.
Dre was the hottest producer/Rapper in hip hop at that time even after the Real Mfns Gs Diss💯 Eazy was definitely paid but popularity and musically Dre was still on 🔥 Most of Eazy Disses where Obscure 🤷🏾♂️💯
Not in Los Angeles County. Real MFg was as big as Not Like US. The CPT and WTS card all came out for the video shoot. It was crazy! E had the streets
Dre was not stop it Dre is bisexual
Eazy fucked them up with It's on, fact!!!! And, he won twice, because Dre day only met Eazy's payday, fact!!! Eazy didn't even care about the Chronic, because he made multi millions!!@
The thing is the streets never left E Dre needed the industry or he had nothing he had to sell out
Good report. The only correction is that MC Ren never left Ruthless Records.
Dre, Cube lost all street credibility, at least their studio gangster prop made them millions.
CUBE APPEARING IN DISNEY FILMS-WTF?
Thanks for the upload ,very Thorough, bunch of things I hadn't picked uo before in the diss tracks until watching this video ..No doubt Easy was the Truer Gangster, He was the real deal, but as I think mentioned in this video, You cant deny Dre's Musical Genius.
Kendrick a student of the game
🤮🤢🤢🤢
Bro, nice job on this doc. But I read alot of comments that easy was not a member of the Kelly park crips but was heavily affiliated with the set
Damn this was a banger. You forget about some of these classic tracks.
Great video Is that the call of duty zombies tune in the background
Man. Imagine the lives that would have been saved had Eazy offed Sug. Soooooo much changes if that happens.
Well done...
I'm happy that Death Row exist, but Suge Knight had some real issues.
Go find your culture boy🐷🐷
So did eazy go look at eazy with ruthless he destroyed that goldmine before he died
@ApoloWilliams destroyed it with 95+million? Do you're research before commenting bruh you look stupid
The legendary RJ Watkins Sr with the Eazy E interview
However I blame Dr. Dre too for not reading that contract. That's why we're all looking at this video
18:52 black ops zombies music over a gangster feud is wild
So suge could have been in the NFL if he would have left the street life alone. I didn’t know suge played in the nfl for two games. Him going to the NFL would have changed the dynamics of rap in the 90’s and pac/biggie would probably still be alive
It would be great if you do the Same Video with Cube and his beef from NWA, Common, Cypress hill and the others.
We miss you Eazy!
👍✌️❤️
The Musik is that what us believed in our own Life 😊👍✌️!
Video is really good 👍
This is all since less beefing. I fault eazy for letting Jerry Heller break up the crew. One man got greedy because he owned the company but didn't look out for the ones that him large
Opposite, Rip 🙏 Eric Wright, if he financed everything, and tell me any company that the CEO who started everything gets less money 💰 than the rest of them??? Eazy was very smart and a great business man, and none of them would have been shit if it wasn't for Eric Wright!!!@
Bruh brought me back a little being born in 79 I was ten in 89 remember this beef and cube NWA break up like it was yesterday then we got the real bangers. 89 threw 95 was fire!
Eazy hit somekind Massive nerve,They really wanted to kill him and same propably goes eazy's way.therez a LOT of people who were ready to get busy.
amazing!!!
You’re telling me, Weird Al Yankovic also grew up in gang territory? He grew up up in Lynwood too.
Lol, Lynwood is hood, but not THAT hood. Just so happens to be near Compton and Watts
The whole of lynwood isn't gang territory
it is well documented that weird Al yankovic is an Og with the Leuders park piru bloods..suge and the mob came up under weird Al and learned everything they knew from him
It's possible to live literally right outside of gang territory with how arbitrarily they lay their lines. Waterbury Connecticut was like this back in the day, the difference between safety and danger being a single road
