I think the thing I'm grateful the most with Tarmac Works is the fact that they are doing obtainable versions of 2000-era D1 drift cars (those that were only done by Hot Works, super expensive nowadays). First with the exceptional Hyper HKS S15, and now with the APEXi RX-7s (and I heard there is a GReedy S15 in the works as well). Super cool. I just wish shipping and taxes weren't so ridiculous for these cars for us that collect in Latinamerica. Basically paying double of what these really cost 😢
I often disagree with you John, but I really concur with your takes on this video! That Dodge van really does look great! The Dodge Vipers (I can't decide which color looks best. They all pop!) And yes, that Vertex Toyota looks so good!
Re: F1 cars, I pretty much agree. If you've seen two, you've seen them all. In real life, they are funny looking cars - let's face it. But they are built for their purpose, not for their looks. And a well done casting, is worth having. Maybe I'll get ONE at some point, to cover that base. I think the "pun" of Chrome wheels is pretty funny.
Would really be interesting to see a comparison between the Tarmac, Mini GT, and Sparky F1 cars, because Sparky has also been making the entire field of them.
for F1, you can almost create a full grid from 2022 onwards: Sparky 1/64 makes every team except Ferrari, but they're tough to get and slow to release, i think only a few are out from 2023, but they are planning on making all the special liveries too. Tarmac only makes Mercedes and McLaren, they are pretty good at releasing all the liveries for each year, but also slow on releases. Lastly, Mini GT makes RedBull, Alfa Touri/Racing Bulls, Alpha Romeo/Sauber, and McLaren and has plans for Aston Martin and BBR has plans for Ferrari, Mini GT is quickest for releases but they also pick and choose models and skips some here and there. Quality-wise, I only have some 2021 tarmac models (i have some Mini GTs on order) but from what I've seen, Mini GT is the best followed by Sparky and Tarmac. My goal is to definitely create full grids for each year plus get the special liveries, but it's tough to figure out whats the best with how slow they are to release.
Oh man these look GOOD i want to start collecting as soon as I get the money too, these models seem to be quit expensive, I do think they make the F1 models super well so good for them keep it going, I hope we get to maybe see the APEXGP version of the F1 (technically modified F2 car), this one is a movie based vehicle for the official F1 movie so praying that tarmac works will incooperate this one would be a really sick model to have in my future collection but keep up the great work dude hope to see more!
I entirely agree about supercars. Ultra rich status symbols don't matter to me at all. A crappy Dodge Van that someone has modded into a drfit machine? Yes please! One is simply about money, the other is about the love of cars.
Would be cool to create the whole F1 grid but there's still a bit of problem where they either aren't from the same race or season (But I don't mind too much). Furthermore some teams still don't have their own cars like Williams, Stake/Alfa Romeo, Haas, Ferrari (But I think Ferrari is coming soon through BBR), Alpine, and Aston Martin. There's only Red Bull and AlphaTauri/RB from Mini GT and Mercedes and Mclaren from Tarmac Works.
@@shots_by_kheesh actually now that you have mentioned it. I do remember Sparky making every car for every year. (although they are pretty hard to get compared to Mini GT or Tarmac Works in my country)
Show me any car and I’ll say Pagani is better, but I honestly don’t like the Imola. The BC was extreme enough, and the Imola I think is just too much. I’ve always viewed Pagani as art with a side effect of being really fast. The Imola focuses too much on being fast and forgets the art part. Especially in the back, there’s no cohesive line flow and just too much going on. Of course you have the Zonda and Huayra R, but those are purpose built race cars built to go fast and not much else, that’s their purpose. The road cars are fast art, and the Imola seems like a fast car that’s kinda pretty.
I like Tarmac Works, but quality can be iffy. I've had a couple of castings that had a side mirror break off. One broke off after I unscrewed the base and another broke off in one of my clear cases.

The S65 AMG is coming soon too. Just released in hong kong with AMG style wheels
Tarmac works is making awesome models 👏😆. I really liked the van, Silvia's, mark II, and that Mercedes S-class. Thanks for sharing 😉👍
Tarmac focusing more on JDMs and Exotics I see.....quality is awesome ❤
Yes Lamley Chaser is stunning 😍
Wow blue S13 with Vertex kit is just......
Wack.
I like how Tarmac even included the rear window defroster on the Land Rover Defender.
GCD has been doing that for a while now.
The red of viper like lightning McQueen so amazing and details are great
Great video. Thanks.
I hope the driver side mirror on that Pagani can be adjusted. It's beautiful.
Yeah didn’t notice it was bent in when I put it on the turntable. It adjusted right back.
Very nice Dodge van , pretty rims with tyres brand wordings. All 3 vipers are superb . Give them to me 😂

I love the supercars they just look so wicked!
the granTurismo 3 for ps2 is when i first became aware of Pagani, the Zonda and the placement of the exhaust's. chef kiss
Love the Tarmac Pagani Cars. Great detail and they really pop.
Some very nice models. They have out done themselves. I need to get the Lamley models. It's a must. Thank you for sharing.
These collection of Tarmac are lit
These F1 cars are getting better and better
Just bough the blue Imola, that color scheme is beautiful
Coloring on that Defender reminds me of the retro versions of the Broncos
Love the Tarmac Works. They have a lot of racing Porsches coming in the future!

21:12 Yeah those Chrome rims do pop!
Very interesting review! Thank you!
Nissan 2000 GT R is super clean 😍😍
I love the dodge viper acr extreme, too bad it has plastic base considering they are more expensive than a regular mini gt.

Freaking amazing. Woozers
I really want to pick up a few Global64s. Never pulled the trigger on it
Hamilton's F1 has medium compound tires based on the yellow stripe.

Only thing I don’t like about the Land Rover is the large Blindspot. How are you gonna see out the back corner very well!😂
Better than current camaro
it has 20 cameras to compensate
@0:40 in is me every other week when the mail drops off these brands. The addiction is real. Quality over quantity guys!!
About time
Now if Tarmac will do the Viper SRT GT3-R IMSA racers...
Very cool castings lamley group
7:16 I searched all over that pagani for the ghosted Lamley L I really wish it was on there
i just orderd the white s15 silvia lamley edittion
Very cool!!!!!!!
Some real beauties.

Spark has done many of those teams in 1/64 that you mentioned

I think both Mini GT & Pop Race are planning to make Aston Martin F1 cars
Wow ❤😮
Yeah cream van👍
100% that the van is more interesting to me than any super cars.
Wow
I have tried to get into global64 but they all have had defects. So, it's just hobby64 for me from this brand.
Even hobby64 is bad. Throw the whole brand away
I think the liveries are backwards on the right side of the Silva S15. Looks weird.
Yes, they are indeed mirrored.
I think it's a drift car. A lot of them usually have backwards liveries on one side.
Rx7 Fd🏆
Show us if they all roll
Manufacturers putting out RECENT Formula One cars over classic ones makes me think they don't know their customers AT ALL.
How much is this in ur country?
Salut super car suprem video subscribe subscribe ❤❤🎉🎉😊😊

Ugh. Tarmac. I've bought 3 and all 3 came with defects. I can't recomend this brand at all.
