Today I made this roti I follow full recipe but my roti didnt puff and it was very hard not eatable.. please tell the reason tell the heat fame it should low r high? and tell the tip to make soft makai roti.
Your dough should be soft and ur roti should be thin dear. If the dough is hard then it cannot be thinly rolled and will become hard. You can add more warm water until it becomes soft then make thin rotis, it will surely puff up then.🤗

When I try and roll the dough it breaks apart. I try and use my hands to flatten, but I can't make it thin enough.
U need more water.. add some more hot water and knead the dough soft, then it will not break.🤗
Can we leave it overnight?
It will become hard if u leave it overnight. It is better if you make the dough same day you want to eat.🤗
