- अमदावाद में नवताड़ के समोसा और चटनी बहोत ही फेमस है. ये मुझे भी बहोत ही पसंद है, अब आप इसे घर पे आसानी से बना सकते हो. जरूर ये रेसिपी ट्राय करे और मुझे बताये की कैसी बनी.
Ingredients -
For Prepare the Stuffing
½ Cup Chana Dal (Soak it atleast for 3-4 hours)
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
As required Water (For Pressure Cook the Chana Dal)
2 Medium Size Onions
1 tbsp Chopped Raw Mango
1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste
½ tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves/Kasuri Methi
½ tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
12-15 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
As per taste Salt
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
½ tsp Garam Masala
As required Samosa Patti (It is easily available at Bakery Shop)
As required Wheat Flour Slury (For Seal the Samosa)
As required Oil (For Deep Fry the Samosa)
For Prepare the Green Chutney
1 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
20-25 Fresh Mint Leaves
1.5 inches Fresh Ginger
2 Green Chilli
½ tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
2 tbsp Boiled Chana Dal
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
As per taste Salt
As required Water
Serve it as evening snacks
