Hey! Awesome video, I’m looking at a nomad strap for my Apple Watch Ultra order, but not sure what color would match the raw titanium look of the watch case. Anyway, I’ve heard in another review that there’s some quality control issues with the leather nomad strap lugs, and that there’s wiggle room In between the strap and watch case, have you noticed that with any of your nomad watch straps? Thanks!!
Morning Des. It always surprised me that we didnt have better bedside and travel options for those of us who are deep into the Apple ecosystem. I was completely unaware of that trick folding dual charger and the Nomad station seems really, really nice. One point on heading out with just an Apple Watch (cellular) in the Valley. Cell signal sucks, I routinely lose signal on my rucks which is why I've stopped going out with just the watch. I see the Speedy on your desk, do you double wrist? I wear both a mechanical watch and an Apple Watch every day. Cheers Jeff

The iPhone 13 Pro Max is NOT heavy! And I keep mine in a Mous Limitless case with a glass screen protector. I really wish people would stop complaining so much. When much of your days are spent carrying a 10-month old girl for hours, suddenly a “heavy” phone isn’t all that bad.
I think with most quality accessories - price point tends to match build and materials. Although - with Apple Watch straps - they come with a brand tax 🤣 the materials and build is generally quite good, but there’s usually a brand like Nomad that delivers similar if not better build for a bit less.
You keep saying silicon, when you mean silicone - two different things and pronunciations. But in actual fact, the Nomad Sport Band is made from FKM rubber, not silicone at all. Your colour is also called Ash Green, not Sage Green.

I’ve personally notice “always on display” doesn’t burn much of your battery. It really doesn’t make a difference.
