They dont want their audition process to seem like it is widely available for anyone to audition to make their brand and existing idols appear exclusive and appealing to us. I love how you seem calm while sharing this story 🤣 I don't get why SM wanted to take your video down when other (kpop audition) youtubers also have audition tips and tutorial videos of how the audition works and what to do each round. Actually SM should be thanking you instead because people like me wouldn't even know about their auditions if it wasn't for your videos.
But what is the reason for not putting the audition online anyway? They didn't want other people to see it? Sm has always been very secretive which is why their trainees pop out of nowhere.
on the more serious note, don't mess with big company unless you have the money for hiring a legit, good lawyer. Bcs like it or not, even if they're in the wrong position (as you said it wasn't stated in the t&c, etc), they still have a powerful legal team that could possibly make them win the case. Trust me, it's not worth of your adsense. Also, try to talk to your parents about the issue.
Get into the SM entertainment was really hard. I have been trained by them, they treat me really well. And i hope you take good care of your voice because for SM vocal is very important and if you get pass you will know some kind of trainee categories there. My last message is don't trust SM staff too much because not all of them are honest people.. Figthing!
