The game looks pretty good, smooth, no lag at all. Can you describe your specs (your machine, GPU, in-game tweaks, may be)?
for this game, it's not really your pc, it's a gen patcher. this game is itself laggy but if you download gen patcher, it will set your resolution 1920x1080 and make your game smooth
Solar Burst with the Pandora protocol is the best

So,the alliance,is good at defending,because they have infinite power once the Solar thingy is built,and Russia is good for attacking,because they have units that can literally one shot a tank.

A larger version of a Propaganda Airship.
- 50 gattling cannons on both sides.
- 2 bunkers, one buttom, and itself. 100 tank hunters buttom, 3000 red guards top. Along with 50 tanks (10 Overlords, 20 Battlemasters, 10 Dragon tanks, 10 Gattling Tanks) in the Juggernaut itself.
- Main gun fires at ground units. Same damage and range as Inferno Cannon, but 10 shots a second.
- Has many built in engines instead of one large engine.
- Can activate thrusters on its back to move as fast as a plane temporarily, ramming any unfortunate aircraft aside.
- When landing, it will not fire the gattlings or it's main gun. However, a door will slide open and all units will rush out of there.
- Three times as durable as a Command Center. Costs 75,000 to produce, comes with free units inside. Only one can exist.
That's alot of red guards,might replace them with Gattling tanks instead?

The biggest gripe I have with your strategy is the sheer lack of infantry, who are arguably the best at dealing with other infantry....

2 questions: do you know how you can get multiple mods for command and conquer generals zero hour origin ultimate edition and do you have any clue how to get 60 fps ( prabobly not possible but your gameplay looks pretty smooth )
and how about the multiple mods?
usually cant do multiple mods at a time, but there is a mod manager on nexus mods that lets you switch between mods quickly and easily, instead of having a copy of the game for each mod you want to use.

That your entire power supply runs on 1 building.
With other factions you can spread your power out and always have something in "reserve" should something get destroyed, or sell something in a hurry.
ECA just is out of power until you replace the one building.
i find eca is bad early game but good late game cause you dont have to worry about power plants
What would you do to counter late-game ECA Cai?

Don't let the late game faction get to late game :p
There incredibly slow and weak if they don't have there fronting up, so flanking and quick strikes aswell has lots and lots of early pressure.
Also if you get thier solar reactor destroyed they are renderd useless

zero hour, if you use origin's version you need to download fixed launchers though.
