The accent is known as Jafaican, a blend of London, Jamaican and Pakistani accents that spread through the youth of the country, causing kids to abandon their actual accents in favour of this, in an attempt at sounding street. The Ali G (Alistair Lesley Graham) character is a white lower middle class dude trying his hardest to be black for cool points. The production crew contact guests and invite them onto a show for the youth, they are not told it is a comedy. He turns up fully in character carrying the equipment while professional looking people get everything signed and talk to the guests. Right before the interviews start he sits down and takes over. Top level trolling.
Sacha Baron Cohen is one of the best. Ali G and Borat are my favorite characters he plays and his show 'Who Is America' was hilarious, he exposed politicians, openly mocked them, even made one step down from his seat. if you want a couple more Ali G to check out I think you'd REALLY like the 'Police Academy' and the 'Religion' videos.

The theme is cringe comedy. The two women here are pre social media generation so they didn't start screaming at him as if it reflects a past issue or fulfills an inner purpose.. such as boosting ego or fulfilling an ideology conditioned through their early years via online groupthink
