I’m no developer but this makes me wanna to do a JV business with you if I had the chance because you’re not fake. Keep up the great work can’t wait for more content around all the big and small rules, prices and things to avoid ect.
Exciting stuff! The plans look great! I'm currently going back through planning after acquiring a site with awful designs. Clearly a quick job to get it through planning for the uplift. Can't wait to get buckets in the ground in a few months though!
