In today's video we talk about a standard morning to night skin care routine for brides to be
Products Mentioned / Used :
Morning:
Garnier Pure Active Face wash
Serum of your choice
Aloevera Gel
Eye cream / coconut oil
SPF
Moisturize hands & feet
Biotin / hair, skin & nails vitamins
Night time:
Oil cleansing (use olive / coconut oil)
Face wash
Exfoliation (only once or twice a week- this step cannot be done daily)
Toner / Rose water
1. Serum of your choice
Moisturizer
Eye cream
Lip balm
Moisturize hands & feet
DIY mask:
This miracle skin lightening, skin brightening mask can be used 2-3 times a week , at any time during the day
Mix 1.5 tbsp Besan (gram flour), appx 1 tbsp milk, 0.5 tsp honey & a pinch of haldi (turmeric powder) in a bowl to make a paste. Apply to face- let it dry and wash after 10 minutes
Instructions for the 10% AHA Peeling solution by THE ORDINARY
Its an acid based chemical exfoliant that removes dead skin cells and replaces them with new skin cells , unclogs pores and purifies skin
It should only be used at night
Should not be used more than 2 times a week
Protection against heat and sun recommended for up to 48 hours after application
Rinse off if you experience too much irritation- a little tingling sensation is normal
Do a patch test for people with highly sensitive skin
Do not use on freshly bleached skin / injured skin
Avoid eye region or any cuts / acne marks

Morning routine
Garnier pure active face wash

Please also add sunscreen/sunblock other wise no use of all these steps
Breakfast
Biotin (multivitamin)
Mask(besan*chickpea*+milk+honey+ pinch of turmeric) remove after 10 minutes gently with water
Night routine
Johnsons baby oil, glam girl by mehwish makeup remover, coconut oil for double cleansing
Garnier pure active face wash
The ordinary peeling solution(not to be used if you have sensitive skin) applied not more than 10 minutes
Toner(rose water)
Serums(salicylic acid don't use on the same day of peeling solution intense reaction may occur)
Any thicker night moisturiser
Eye cream SK ll gently massage
Laneige night lip mask
Apply moisturiser on hands and vaseline on feets
Remember me in your prayers🌸

I get forehand acne because of dandruff in my hair. Whenever i treat my dandruff everything gets fixed. Or maybe your pores are clogged so take steam then lightly scrub then spray with rose water or use toner. Get facials also.
