Actually, all Singaporeans are living in leased space for 99 years (HDB or Private 99 years) . If you live longer than 99 years. Hard lucky if U do not have money. Only charities can help U. That's the reality of life ! Better be stoic on this issue. No politicians can able to solve human needs in the long run.
